About this property

House in the countryside

Very quiet house on large wooded grounds.
Located between Loir Valley (Lavardin, Troo) and Loire Valley (and its Castles) it is as well reserved by young couples who love nature as by families with pets who appreciate the large terrain.
It is an old farmhouse which has long since changed its vocation but which has retained its original barn and stable as well as a building which now serves as a garage and where the garden tables and chairs are stored.

She understands :
- a double bedroom on the ground floor next to the bathroom and toilet.
- a double bedroom (with 1 extra single bed) and a single bedroom upstairs
- a toilet area (sink + WC) is available upstairs

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, stove, mini-oven, microwave washing machine.
BBQ and lounge chairs are available in the pantry at the back of the kitchen

House near the sunflowers

Property is basic and very clean but owner had forgotten to mention they didn’t supply bedding or towels. Nevertheless the location of the property is beautiful, wonderful views and very calm and truly tranquil. We had wonderful walks with our two cocker spaniels. We loved it!

Un endroit génial

Cette ancienne ferme n'a peut-être pas la modernité des logements d'aujourd'hui mais quel enchantement! Très bien équipée, tout est en place pour un repos absolu, de la place dans et surtout tout autour de la ferme (1er voisin, une autre ferme à 300m). Les chiens ont pu s'en donner à coeur joie à courir dans les prés. Le propriétaire d'une très grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et prêt à rendre service. Un lieu à découvrir, ALLEZ Y SANS HESITER.

Tolle Lage, viel Platz, netter Vermieter

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern (1-8 Jahre) dort. Mit den 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und großzügiger Küche sowie Wohnzimmer war reichlich Platz. Der Garten war für unsere Kinder genial: Mit den alten Eichen und vielen Obstbäumen genügend Schatten, und jeden Abend konnten wir Rehe, Hasen, Kaninchen, Fasane und Füchse beobachten. In 30-60 Minuten Entfernung hatten wir genügend Ausflugsziele für 2 Wochen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit Bernard war klasse, er hatte uns auch frisches Gemüse und Eier gebracht. Und schickt uns eine dort vergessene Uhr zu :-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Estancia en la naturaleza

Unos dias estupendos. La casa esta muy bien y situada en plena naturaleza. El lugar esta lleno de pájaros como perdices, rapaces, faisanes y !corzos!. Todo muy bienby el dueño muy amable y cordial. Gracias por todo y muy ricos los huevos que nos regalaste!

Espace et tranquillité

Un bel espace ouvert sur la campagne, avec des arbres magnifiques. Le charme des petites routes permet de découvrir des sites peu connus, dans la vallée du Loir notamment. Idéal pour la détente loin des foules de touristes !

Rust en ruimte

Een huisje met alles erin...(beddengoed moet je echter zelf regelen). Verder is alles aanwezig. Het is een huisje oorspronkelijk uit begin 19e eeuw... Wel wat gemoderniseerd maar zoals zoveel Franse huisjes toch ouderwets ingericht. Fantastische tuin en alles netjes onderhouden. Smorgens kan je herten en konijnen in je tuin zien wanneer je de luiken opent. Je kan hier heerlijk tot rust komen! Dichtsbijzijnde dorpje voor boodschappen is Montoire (10/15min)

Excellent stay in lovely area

A proper French gîte, very clean and has most things you need. Peaceful setting in a large garden with lots of wildlife. We had a great time and the teenagers barely missed the lack of wifi. Plenty of Chateaux within easy reach. Closest supermarket is an Intermarche at Montoire Sur Loir- about 8 miles N.E.
