Jacinto's HideAway: Walk to everything in Palm Springs,
Palm Springs City ID #001567. TOT permit # 9004
Nestled at the base of the San Jacinto mountains is one of Palm Springs’ favorite hideaways, welcome to Jacinto’s Hideaway. This charming one bedroom, one bathroom condominium has everything you will want for your visit to the desert. This is one of the very few Palm Springs condos that allow for short-term rentals (under 29 days). If you are looking for a week or a long weekend in the desert, call me. For longer stays (29 days or more), our rates are discounted 12.5%.
Unbelievable views of the mountains from your king size bed as you wake up in the morning. Overlooking the heated pool, spas and tennis/pickleball courts, your private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountains. A second balcony in the front of the apartment is a great spot to begin your day with coffee as the sun comes up.
This is a brand new renovation with all new furniture, kitchen and appliances. You will find our home to be well appointed and extremely comfortable as your home away from home.
Do you like to walk? Your private hideaway is steps from Palm Springs’ downtown strip, featuring it’s shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. Walk to great mountain hiking trails. Everything you need, groceries, banking, pharmacy, hair salon, are a short walk from this central landing pad. If you want a vehicle to explore more of the desert floor or go up to Idyllwild or Joshua tree for a quick day trip, Jacinto’s HideAway has one covered parking spot.
If you enjoy eating at home, this hideaway has a barbecue grill and a stocked, completely new kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a lovely meal. We are not a B&B so nothing edible provided, including seasonings, cooking oil etc.
Several laundry rooms are part of this gated complex, but leave your quarters at home. You can operate the washers and dryers from an app on your phone, which also tells you when your load is complete.
Streaming TV is offered on the big 55” screen in the living room. High speed internet is also provided for a work-from-home video conference call or streaming a good movie.
The views from this third-floor apartment are some of the best in the complex. Parking is on the first level, condos on the second and third levels. There is an elevator serving the second level but you will need to use stairs to take in these amazing third level views. If stairs are an issue for you, this may not be the right condo for you.
We have only been in the desert for a couple years now, but JDKL Properties is not new to the vacation rental market. Look us up, we currently have several vacation rental properties listed on the internet with several decades experience and hundreds of five-star reviews under our belt. Discounts for guests booking 29+ nights.

Condo was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. Pool area and grounds are well-maintained. Great location, close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
Nice little place with great Mountain views, the convenience of being able to walk to town, and loved what felt like our own private tennis court. The pool is very lovely. We’d stay here again.
From start to finish, Jacinto's HideAway was a wonderful place to stay. Jim was a terrific host, the apartment was clean, comfortable and conveniently located, and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils you need and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
We totally enjoyed our stay at the HideAway. The place had everything we needed. The location was perfect, within an easy walk to Downtown. There are two hot tubs by the pool so no waiting!
This location is excellent. We were within short driving distance from several hiking destinations, the tramway, great restaurants and downtown (could’ve walked downtown if we had chosen to). It’s a small condo, would only recommend it for 2 but it’s clean and cozy and I love the 2 patios.
I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Quiet neighbourhood and close enough to walk to the main strip. James is also great to work with and makes sure you have everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.
A great find close to town. Very comfortable, incredible mountain views. Loved the two balconies! James was very communicative and gave us perfect instructions for our late evening arrival. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed our stay in this cozy well-appointed condo. The location was perfect as we did most of our hiking in Indian Canyons. We also walked to downtown restaurants. James was a great host, communicating prior to our stay, and welcoming us upon our arrival. We would recommend Jacinto's Hideaway.
The condo was was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The whole setting was well maintained and set up and quite beautiful. The two balconies were very much a bonus.
The proximity to downtown area was appreciated.
Very much enjoyed.

The courts and pool are very nice.James was very communicative and met us for a walk through upon arrival.
Great space for two and condo was impeccably clean. No need to even rent a car as the condo is close to everything. James is a tremendous host and took the time to meet with us and go over everything, communication was crystal clear. Would stay there again next time in Palm Springs

Jacinto’s Hideaway is the perfect Palm Springs retreat. This one-bedroom unit lives large, with small decks at each end and plenty of cheerful natural light beaming in. The attention to detail in decor, furnishings, and cleanliness is impeccable. James is a responsive and cordial host. One of the best VRBO properties I’ve stayed in.

We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Jacinto's HideAway. We would love to have you as our guest again in Palm Springs. Also, let us know if you are looking for a place to stay in Michigan, just on the other side of the lake from you. Best to both of you.

Very cozy and chic condo close to downtown with lots to do. Property also has tennis courts, heated pool and two hot tubs which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. We also enjoyed dinners on two patios in the condo which offered gorgeous views of the mountains and hills. James was an awesome host, very communicative, available, and helpful. Would definitely recommend his place and we may return as well on future trips to Palm Springs!
