This property had a complete renovation with all new kitchen cabinets, granite, Stainless Steel appliances, carpet, paint & lots of new furniture. This property is very private, in fact, one of the only private pools left in Ventana Del Sol. It's an end unit and feels more like a home. Just installed a new remote controlled pool & yard unit, it makes operating the pool equipment a breeze, now you can sit back and enjoy the VERY private pool & spa hassel free. This is just about the best location in Palm Springs, just four blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, one block from the convention Center and two blocks from the Spa Hotel and Casino. It's only a five minute ride to the Airport. Includes covered, (gated) off street parking.

This townhome is a vacation place like no other with its own private pool and spa with a backdrop of the most beautiful mountain views anywhere. The interior is adorned with taste and comfort & is kept impeccably clean, most of my renters have been back over & over again. One Master Suite, 1 1/2 baths, a Den with a comfortable Queen sofa sleeper which will sleep two additional guests. Enjoy the stone fireplace in the livingroom or watch your favorite TV program or DVD on one of two Flat screen TVs, free wireless internet and local / long distance phone calls to anywhere in the USA & Canada. Every room is a sanctuary, the kitchen is state of the art with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, everything you should need for a gourmet meal or a simple snack can be found in this kitchen, all you need is a trip to the grocery store.

Perfectly beautiful home! Close to main shopping area in a quiet location.

From the moment we booked the owner responded very quickly and kept in touch throughout the following weeks. We were met at the home by the property manager, who explained everything we needed to know about the usual things; washer /drier, TVs, pool and spa etc. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Having two sitting rooms with cable TV was great for my HGTV obsession and my husband's ESPN! Very comfortable sofas in both rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, which we did for most of our week, all good quality equipment. The bedroom was furnished to a high standard, slept like a log! Great bed, pillows, and bedding. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Excellent shower in full bathroom, always piping hot water, though cool showers were the order of the day! High quality towels, lots of them! Liked the half bath for popping in from the pool! The pool was wonderful to plunge/soak multiple times a day, in 117 degrees it was brilliant to cool down. We lounged and dined by the pool, and barbecued a couple of times, loved it! The condo is in a gated community, so I felt perfectly safe when my hubby golfed. We walked up to the main shopping area, which would have been easy on a cooler day! It was a very short drive to pick up groceries. All in all we had a fantastic time, we love Palm Springs but this home is the icing on the cake! Thank you for sharing!

PRETTY DAM GOOD EXCELLANT

When we arrived we felt right away that this would be a great stay it was soooo relaxing and the owner Bob was wonderfully accommodating the condo was beautiful and very clean. Also must give Greg a mention he was very helpful he showed us around the property when we arrived and he is only a phone call away if you have any problems. Its only a short walk in to the town where we enjoyed morning coffee at the Coffee Beans which is right across from the Marilyn Monroe stature. The village Pub is also good for drinks and food, The Trio restaurant is good for evening dinning and we also enjoyed the NYPD for drinks. We would recommend this condo to friends and family and any body we wants a relaxing holiday. Thanks Bob.

Perfect Getaway Location

We loved our stay, the condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, just as advertised. Everything was well stocked, from the towels to anything you would need in the kitchen.Communication was A. Bob was incredibly communicative and responsive. Check in/out was a breeze. Cozy getaway

We ended up having colds, and it rained a lot for half the time! But, we were in luck with this comfy, quiet welcoming home. Hot tub, fire place and some playing cards got is through. (Side note- I like how the TV isn't part of the environment) Weather got nice and we went out to play during the day, and enjoy a nice place to relax at night. Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The communication and check-in process were seamless—simple, hassle-free, and without an overwhelming flood of emails or extra contracts to sign. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was even more stunning than the photos. It offers plenty of space for two people, but what truly sets it apart is the private courtyard. The pool and sauna create a luxurious, spa-like retreat, and the one-touch controls for the sauna make it effortless to use. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. This is a little paradise away from home very private and just perfect… The host and the property manager were delightful and we enjoyed our stay so much! They have extra amenities like luxury bath towels, and bathrobes, and it was just delightful and I will go back again and again!

Perfect in every way

This property is only a 15-20 minute walk to the strip which means we could avoid parking issues. The listing description does not do it justice. The views of the mountains are wonderful with my morning coffee. The pool and spa were spotless and so refreshing in the heat. The kitchen was well equipped. I would give 10 stars if the app would let me. Already plan to re-book this property next May.

A perfect getaway in Palm Springs

Great location, very comfortable apartment with a private pool and hot tub….who could ask for more. I appreciated the in person check-in process. Really makes one feel welcomed. Would stay here again and again, even though, it seems very roomy for one person. I enjoyed the space a lot.

Relaxing vacation

Perfect Respite

We love Palm Springs, so we took a gamble on visiting during the peak of summer. This condo was the perfect choice -- great location near downtown Palm Springs, spacious and comfortable floorplan, very nicely appointed, and the private pool was a great way to beat the heat. The owner and property managers were very accommodating hosts. Altogether made for a lovely, restful weekend escape.

Bob and his team are welcoming and friendly. The home was comfortable, clean and secure. Why they chose this property

I was the first to buy in this complex of 15 so I feel I picked the prime unit, it comes with the very important 2nd half bath, all on one level, a very private pool without other units looking down on you, great mountain views, and completely renovated. This is also with out a doubt the best location in Palm Springs.
