Why they chose this property
This historic mid-19th century Queen Anne style home was built by a furniture builder for his wife. It was meant to be a show-stopper home near the oyster port, and it lives up to its reputation.
Such a quiet oasis in the city, with nods to nature, 2 cardinal love birds that hang out on the crab-apple tree, amazing sunsets, and river views from large rear-facing large windows, lush greenery in the backyard, and a small vegetable garden. The block is an eclectic mix of nice people who say hello and know everyone:-), and the river is 2 minutes away.
You are surrounded by culture and history, and there are food options at the end of the block, or via Uber Eats/delivery services.

What makes this property unique
Kayaking on the river, bird watching. walking along the trails, recreational fishing (I've seen people catch blue crabs), or catching amazing sunsets.
