There are 3 units on the property. A small main house, a guest house and a converted garage.

There are 2 parking spots. I stayed in the guest house and it was great. Everything is clean and new. AC units work well. Roku tv systems. Secure. Really well managed property. Would definitely stay there again.

Great find!

This property was great. We didn’t have trouble parking, very close to Universal Studios. It was within walking distance to several bars. Very clean. Property manager was very quick to respond and very polite. I would stay here again for sure.

Convenient and Comfortable

Very nice separate rear house unit. Well designed and furnished with what’s needed. Quiet. Street parking is ample enough, but navigating through the cars in driveway is tad challenging.

Great little house for our needs

This property was well maintained, clean, and very functional for our needs. We had our two small dogs with us and the setup was great for them. The property manager was very communicative throughout the rental process as well.

Noisey and Uncomfortable

Location is close to the the NoHo Arts District which is awesome, but that put the property right in the take-off and landing path for Burbank Airport and is quite annoying. No sleeping in! The bed and pillows are way too hard. The couch was not comfortable to sit in. The back house was severely handicapped by blocked access. Would not stay at this property again.
