Located in the popular Laguna De Lapaz Community. 5-acre lake, 2 paddle boats, 5 tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, and fitness center.
Newly Remodeled large nicely decorated spacious Home with views of surrounding mountains. Furnished Patio with grill.
Property Features an Upgraded Quartz counter kitchen with Breakfast nook, Laundry, built-in bar, dining and living room with ample seating, freshly painted, tile floors throughout
Dog may be welcome based on submission of the breed and upon approval will incur a non-refundable $200 per pet fee- one small dogs only.
Renters are given a $250 electricity allowance per month.
Only two cars are allowed in the community and must be housed in the garage. No street parking is allowed. Please advise if you plan to bring a golf cart. No high-profile cars are allowed.
On the checkout date, there is a walk-through of the property to discuss any thoughts on improving future guests' experiences and do a property review.
30-night minimum
Guest requested cancellations will be charged the credit card processing fees incurred by the host.
We have the 2019 Mini Convertible, 2022 VW Tiguan, 2022 Tesla Model Y, 2022 Honda CRV and 2015 Avalon Hybrid available for rent. Please contact us if you are interested in renting.
