LUXURY STONE HOUSE IN THE HEART OF THE BORDEAUX VINEYARDS

Welcome to Bordeaux, voted the most "trendiest city in the world" according to Lonely Planet
We are lucky to have a very beautiful spacious and modern house for 8 people in the centre of Pessac in the heart of the vineyards of Pessac-Léognan, one of the most famous wine appellations (we are at the foot of the vineyard of Château Pape Clément).
Our house is composed of 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which are master suites with bathroom / shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with large convivial counter, a terrace with fully secured swimming pool (shutter) in a small green setting and a fully equipped studio.

The Villa is ideal for spending a holiday in complete serenity and tranquility in a quiet environment while being very close (a few minutes walk) to all amenities: shops, train, tram, cycle paths...
We are located 10 minutes from Bordeaux airport by the ring road, 5 minutes by TER from the main station of Bordeaux and 40 minutes from Arcachon by TER or motorway.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Amazing house and location

We had the best holiday in Pessac in this fabulous house. I would highly recommend it. The house and outdoor space was so comfortable, very clean and we had everything we needed. The owners were wonderful, flexible and communicative while we were staying at the property. The local area is easy to explore, with excellent public transport into Pessac and Bordeaux. Bordeaux is an amazing city with a great vibe, interesting architecture and lots of place to eat and shop. We did not want to leave.
