Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. The location and overall stay was perfect. So close to the florabama and staff is very friendly. There was no Wi-Fi in the unit and we had to pay for parking passes which was inconvenient but other than that- great pace to stay!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Thankfully, we did not have to use our car (but just a bit) the whole time. Loved the rental beach chairs , being next door to the Flora Bama restaurants and bar.

Great Condo!

The condo is well stocked and has great views! Be sure to bring your earplugs though as you can hear the music from FloraBama and the noise from the elevator since it's so close. Otherwise - we had a great stay and even got to see the Blue Angels and dolphins!

Spring Break

Great location, easy parking, easy access to beach, cross-walks, condo was as advertised. I would agree with other postings the floors left your feet black and you have to run dryer 2-3 cycles to get towels dry. Just the right amount of crowd, liked the rental chair service at beach, elevators were not an issue at this complex, and they had lots of carts to help unload vehicles. I would recommend this rental to others.

Amazing beachfront condo and GREAT location

We stayed at this beautiful 3 bedroom condo for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The location of this property is what makes it so special. It’s directly next to Flori-bama with live bands, restaurants, and ice cream you can walk to in 2 minutes. The property is a corner lot and the first one off the parking garage which made for easy travels to your car when unpacking or traveling. The property was well stocked with all your kitchen needs and toiletries. On top of it all, it’s directly on the ocean. We will be booking this property again.

Great Location

This was a great location and the condo was nice. The only issues we had was the fridge took 24 hours to cool down enough to chill our food. The air conditioner did not work in the bunk room as it did in the others. The guest in that room had to sleep in the living room to be comfortable enough to sleep. The dryer took 3 cycles to fry a load, something must be bad or going out on the dryer.

Our maintenance technician came out right away during your stay, and between the two of you, the mystery of the warm fridge was solved pretty quickly—it had been unplugged. Once that and the ice maker were taken care of, we’re glad you were able to get right back to your vacation. We’re sorry to hear the bunk room felt warm. A cool night’s sleep is non-negotiable after a day in the sun. After checkout, we found the A/C had frozen up and were able to get it fixed promptly. We do wish we had known during your stay so we could’ve made the nights more comfortable for everyone. We’d love to welcome you back for a stay where everything runs as smoothly as the Gulf waves.

Beautiful but dirty floors

Absolutely beautiful condo. Updated, mostly clean and great location. Only down fall was we couldnt walk around barefoot because the floors turned our feet black. I told two maintenance people but nothing came of it, no one came to clean. Also, we came back from the beach to a maintenance man in the condo looking for a lost remote, i knew nothing about. Very uncomfortable giving that I was alone with two young kids. Would definitely stay again.

The condo appeared clean but the sofa was full of food (potato chips, popcorn, etc.). The table with the built in stools in the living room had trash under them. The TV stand in living room had trash under it. The tv remotes were dirty. Ceiling fans appear to never had been cleaned.
