Phoenix V requires guests to purchase parking passes onsite upon arrival. No parking passes have been included with your reservation. Typically, a two-vehicle limit is enforced by the condo association per reservation. Parking passes are around $55 each. Parking pass prices are subject to change without notice from us.

Direct gulf/beach front condo located on Perdido Beach Blvd in gorgeous Orange Beach, Alabama. Orange Beach is famous for its turquoise, clear gulf waters and sugar white sand beaches! Phoenix V is quick walk or drive to so many area restaurants, marinas, shopping, family fun, and night life!!

Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. Sadly, we are not set up like a hotel, so we cannot provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES AND RULES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park overnight. Contact us for options.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Alabama Getaway does require that all guests adhere to any rules and regulations as required by the condo association.
* No smoking allowed.
