Another key feature is there's the ability to lock the interior entrance door to/from the second bedroom inside the villa to create a separate living arrangement (in effect having a one bedroom apartment on one side and a hotel-like studio on the other), with each portion having its own main external entrance door - perfect for couples wanting to travel together yet still have their privacy.
