The condo was great. It was large and very well laid out for our family of 5. The pools on the cliffs overlooking the sea and the beach were amazing. It was great to have all those towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Honestly, it was ideal.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice 3-bed apt. It has everything you need for a family vacation. Very clean and absolutely no smell when we entered the apt on arrival.Only grievance is the very small tv in the master bed; not quite useful.A very positive interaction with Stubbs VR; they communicated in time, provided every info I need and ensure that we have everything we need.

A very convenient beach property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is second time we stayed at this property. The property itself met our family's needs, the size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, access to the beach, proximity to restaurants. The management company was very professional and easy to transact with. Also, there was roof repairs being done during our stay, the management company proactively reached out and gave us several options if this was not something we did not want to tolerate. In the end it all worked out. Couple of things that were small annoyances, the gate code did not work, so if one of us came back with out the access fob, it was hard to get into the property. The surf boards that were provided did not have leashes, so we had to go rent them.
