Great Place, Great Location!
Loved my extended stay at this Boulder apartment. Parking is easy, the location can't be beat just a few minutes from Pearl Street and Ideal Market shopping center.
The balcony is the absolute best, I sat out here every day taking in the gorgeous view of the mountains and watched many storms roll-in over the plains.
The apartment is on the small size but for one person it was perfect and the apartment is furnished with just about everything you need for a short or extended stay.
I would absolutely book this place again, loved it!
A few things to note so you're aware when booking...the building is on the older side, so the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. With the A/C unit installed in the living area there's not another window you can open so I often had the balcony door open which let in a breeze but also bugs - though that was nicer than having the A/C on all the time. The bed is super comfortable but faces the communal walkway for the building so I didn't open the window to let in air at night - instead I ran the fan provided.
