Comfortable and convenient

Great place for our family for a weekend in Nashville. Lovely quiet neighborhood and Rhonda was very responsive. Just a short Uber drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect weekend stay

Rhonda's place was great for our girls get away weekend!! This neighborhood is so peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, which made our stay that much better! We enjoyed the activities that were close. Rhonda has a very clean and upkept place. We recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Nashville!

Needs work

Situated in a great neighborhood but this property appears very sketchy from outside. Inside is clean but so outdated and needs so much work the feel is scary vs comfortable. It's sad because it has much potential. I had hoped to rent this again as it is convenient to family. I will not only not rent again / I would not recommend it to anyone.

Perfect quiet location

We traveled to Nashville for a reunion trip with friends and a concert. This duplex was perfect for our needs - spacious, clean, great kitchen even though we didn't need to prepare food while we were there. Beds were comfy and we all rested well. Thanks so much for a stress free stay!
