Cute rental with 2 rooms and 1.5bathrooms. Fenced back yard, perfect for dogs. A nice spot for the tattoo convention/fair grounds as its close to the convention grounds. Located near plenty of stores and food spots. Clean and comfty environment within the house as well. Hosts were amazing and attentive with impeccable communication. Seriously a cute spot and they even offer Shampoo, Conditioner ans body wash in the shower. Its perfect for a get away in Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay! Check in and check out were super easy and the location is great; only a 10 minute drive or so to Broadway. The property was very cute and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the coffee bar that was provided also. We had a small group-only 4-and in my opinion that would be the max as there is only 1 shower (though 2 bathrooms) and no formal kitchen table. There was a designated parking area for 1 vehicle and the surrounding location was rather full of vehicles when we were there but as all four of us drove together it was not an issue. We would definitely stay here again if we are in need in the future!

My home away from home experience was awesome! Kevin quickly responded and check-in was a breeze. No issues with parking whatsoever was great! My sister and I were very pleased with the cleanliness, decor, and the amenities that were available. After a great nights sleep in the comfy beds and to wake up with a good cup of coffee on the patio was everything! Not to mention, the passing of Dolly Pardon was during this stay and to have a book on the table about her was great! Thanks for such an amazing stay and welcome! We had a great time staying here this past weekend visiting some friends in the Nashville area. The place was very cleanly and nicely decorated. It’s conveniently located near all the fun we got into this weekend including Broadway, several good restaurants, and Percy Priest Lake. We would recommend anyone looking to visit the Nashville area to stay here!

When we checked in you could really tell the place was rushed to get clean so we were worried about what we were using that was “actually” clean. The area is pretty ruff and loud music at night from the neighbors that a super close to you. Would not stay here again.

Excellent home away from home…except nicer than home :)
