beautiful house in the middle of a garden

we liked our stay and the house very much! The climatization didn't´t work enough, only in the morning, when it was cool anyway. And in times of a lot of tourisme, the island has not a good internet contact. This did not bother us much, we would like it to work better for a next stay. Very happy holidays, we have spent. thank you for everything. Kai-Lukas

Logement bien placé, propre et équipé de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin (pensez à prévoir vos draps et votre linge de bain, qui pourront au besoin vous être loués sur place).Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 6 personnes.La plage est située à 19min à pieds et quelques minutes en voiture (nous vous conseillons d'y aller en fin d'après-midi/début de soirée).Des restrictions nous ont empêché d'utiliser le barbecue présent sur place, néanmoins nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur (quelques bains de soleil, espace en herbe pour des jeux d'extérieur, espace de stationnement fermé pour 2-3 voitures,...).La personne qui nous a accueilli a été très arrangeante et sympathique, n'hésitez pas à le questionnez sur les environs.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und doch nah zum Strand und zur Stadt.Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Perfekte Ferien

In diesem Ferienhaus fühlt man sich sofort wohl!!! Es hat absolut alles (Küche & Geräte, Garten...), was man brauchen könnte, ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind wirklich bequem. Es ist ruhig gelegen und man kann alles (Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants) in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Eric & Natalie und die Schlüsselübergabe war nett und unkompliziert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Gîte très ben situé, près de la plage, très très bien équipé, électro-ménagers récents, literie très confortable, salle de bain douche récente et très fonctionnelle, propreté impeccable, tv un peu petite (ou fauteuil trop loin :) et signal wifi un peu faiblePetite remarque: manque un carport pour la voitureSur les 8 ou 9 fois que l'on séjourne à Oléron c'est le meilleur gîte que l'on ai loué, je le recommande

Tres jolie décoration, tres bien équipée, jardin agréable et tres belle terrasse. Un petit vélo est bien pour se rendre au marché et aux belles plages environnantes. Lieu dit très calme et plein de charme. Tres proche des pistes cyclable. Nous avons passé de belles vacances à 4

Excellent séjour

Très jolie maison avec beaucoup de charme qui dispose de tout le confort nécessaire. Très bonne literie, beaucoup d'équipement de grande qualité. Une mention spéciale pour la personne chargée de l'accueil et de la sortie des lieux. Personne très professionnelle qui nous a laissé la location dans un état impeccable de propreté et nous a donné tous les conseils nécessaires pour la découverte de cette très belle île. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce bel endroit.

Très belle location dans un lieu bien placé et calme

Cette maison est très fonctionnelle, pratique, très bien équipée. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable. La décoration est très sympathique et l'on se sent comme chez soi.

un excellent séjour dans cette maison lumineuse et très agréable à vivre.

De l'espace pour tous dans cette maison neuve, claire et pratique au sein d'un quartier calme à quelques coup de pédales de la belle plage de la Rémigeasse.

Excellente semaine sur Oleron

Maison toute neuve très agréable et très bien équipée. La climatisation est un vrai plus en ces périodes de canicule. Les propriétaires et la personne gérant l'accueil sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.
