Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190) (1 double bed 160X200), bathroom with shower and toilet. Full baby equipment. Garage. Landscaped terrace area on the gable of the house. 500 m² garden and outdoor ping-pong table. Possibility to recharge your electric vehicle, in the village, 300 meters away. Large detached house, on a landscaped plot of over 800 m², very well laid out, located in the village of Trélévern, 1km from the beaches of Keriec, and Port Lepine, 2km from Trestel. This cottage will allow you to explore between the Pink Granite Coast (Trégor Coast) and the wild coast of Plougrescant. GR 34 1 km away. Beautiful, very comfortable town house on a plot of 1000 m², close to many beaches. Ideal for hiking as the GR34 is 1 km away.
