Multiple ski resorts within a 2-hour drive allow you to enjoy a day on the slopes and come home for après-ski in the hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. Owner was very responsive. Stairs to the upper and lower bedrooms are steep. Primary bedroom is on main level.

I really can’t say enough good things about this property. Very clean, stocked, and plenty of space for the eight of us. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and loved the location. We were a two minute walk to the middle of all the shops and restaurants.

AMAZING Stay!!

We cannot recommend this spot more. The house was huge with tons of amenities and was more than enough space for all of us. When they say you’re steps from downtown you truly are a less than 5 minute walk from all the bars and restaurants. The pool was so much fun and they were so quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. We truly cannot get over how great this stay was for us, we’ll absolutely be back!

Interesting that others rate the property 10/10 for cleanliness because that certainly was not our experience. Coating of dust over things in the house. The outside decks were filthy. Pool was not open yet because it was early in the year so that was understandable. However, it was very warm this weekend and we wanted to spend some time sitting on the decks outside and using the hot tub. We had to call to have someone come over and clean the decks so we could use them. They just left the cushions on the outdoor furniture all winter long so animals head ripped them open and pulled stuffing out, there was green mold everywhere on the cushions, and dirt and debris all over the deck. The property manager came out and sort of cleaned one of the decks, but the other one we had to clean up before we could use the table and chairs. Mouse droppings all over the bed in the basement. Sinks, shower and floors were clean that was about it. Location is a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful House—Ideally Located

There were 8 adults and two very small children (18 months and 1 month) in this house and the house was able to accommodate us very well. You’re within walking distance of downtown Saugatuck. Nice pool and hot tub. We loved the outdoor spaces. The owner was super responsive. We’d like to come back to this property later on.

Our dream vacation house.

Location! Fun family time!

We had 6 adults and 3 children under 6. The location was perfect for walking to town, restaurants and the playground. The pool and hot tub were ideal for fun and relaxation. The main living spaces worked very well for the 3 families. Everyone had a great time.

Really nice house, well maintained. All of us enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was perfect, walking distance from all the restaurants. The only caveat was the pool water was a bit cold The owner responded very quickly to help change temperature settings. Will recommend to stay here.

Great Saugatuck House

This is a great family vacation home. We all (ages 2-70) loved the pool and hot tub as well as proximity to town with fun shops, coffee houses and restaurants. A short drive to spectacular Oval Beach we were well equipped with all the pool toys and beach towels we needed. Highly recommend.

Best location in Saugatuck. Having the pool for the kids was a great plus. Plenty of living space to spread out. Bathroom locations, other than master which is fabulous, is not super convenient.

Had a great stay! baby gates were provided which was very helpful. Issue with the A/C but communication from the host was quick. Steep stairs so be careful. Tons of space for our different family members to spread out. Hot tub and pool were a big hit. The house has everything you might need. Perfect location to walk downtown!!

** BEWARE IF STAYING DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS** There is NO AC is the basement! They do not list this on the listing. Two rooms are downstairs, one with a king bed and the other has the bunkbeds. Pool is nice and good location in town.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting how much you enjoyed the pool and location. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. To clarify, the home does have AC, there just isn't a separate unit for the lower level. Regardless, during your stay, the thermostat never went above the 70s. We also sent an emergency HVAC repair person the same day to make sure everything was functioning properly and to ensure your stay was as comfortable as possible. In the five summers we’ve owned the home, we haven’t received previous complaints about basement cooling, but we value all guest feedback and will continue to monitor this to keep our home comfortable for future guests.
