Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft Apartment, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District and New Orleans. This location is on Magazine Street just one block from Canal Street which separates the French Quarter and the Central Business District. Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Saint Charles Avenue, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out, we would love to have you! This location has 2 queen beds.

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

This place is so charming, comfortable, and convenient! The location is perfect for enjoying Bourbon Street and so many wonderful eateries! There was also a nice little convenience store just across the corner that was reasonably priced for any thing you might possibly need! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Spot and Great Management

We traveled down for the French Quarter Festival. Management was ahead in communication and made the check in super easy. The location is perfect, and near the city center. We loved the coziness of the room, beds slept great and loved the brick and modern yet nostalgic feel. Genesis was SUPER responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit New Orleans and can’t WAIT to visit and stay here again.

Great location. Getting into the building and the room itself is an easy process. Apartment was clean and well kept. It was within walking distance from everything we wanted to do that weekend. Great location - close to streetcars, restaurants, Bourbon Street but not in the middle of the noise! The host communicated very well. The unit was clean, nice bedding & linens. We had a bit of trouble with the code to get into the unit but the host resolved the issue quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

It's New Orleans

We enjoyed our stay and the location of the property was perfect. We had no need of a vehicle because it was just a short walk to everything. However, it is a loud area of the city. I attempted to adjust our reservation by one day long before our stay and received no responding communication from the host. Genesis was readily available at the time of our stay. Thank you

Cute and Chic studio in perfect location!

We were there for a girls trip it was 3 of us, so 2 beds were perfect and another person couldn’t came; as long as you’re ok with sharing beds. It’s a studio apartment so kitchen and living room in the same area as beds. But they was not an issue because we spent most of our time out of the room. It is a perfect location to walk to the French quarters and bourbon area. Like a 4 min walk to bourbon at… amazing! The host quickly responded and was super friendly. Definitely recommend

Great Location

The location is great. The room is very large. The check-in process is great. The manager was very interactive. The A/C works well. Unfortunately, the pictures are of a better time in this rental. The room has fallen into disrepair. There is no bar like in the pictures. There is no divider. The wardrobe is full of extra bedding for all of your party friends. The beds/mattresses/bedding/linens need to be updated. The couch/futon is pretty gross and in complete disrepair. The bathroom sink did not drain. The kitchen is basically a fridge (no ice-maker), microwave, and a good supply of glasses and silverware. It is very noisy in the room. You will hear if anybody is staying in any room above or below yours. You will enjoy hearing conversations on the street below you. Cars, sirens, drunk people will all be heard from your room. This is a great party rental near the french quarter. Bring booze and stage your pre-partying from a huge room near the french quarter. From the sounds of it, that is what is happening in most of the other rooms in this building. Just know this isn't a 4.9 room. It's a 4.9 location. We had an amazing time. It's New Orleans. Embrace the noise and have fun.

Very close to French quarter but just far enough away to get some distance in the late night. The loft is beautiful and very clean. Property manager is super responsive if you need anything. Would stay again.

Or stay was fantastic! Genesis was very accommodative and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Location was great! Close enough to walk to most places. Jackson Square was a short 10-15 minute walk in one direction and about a 15-20 minute walk to the WWII Museum in the other direction. We were even lucky enough to hear live music through the window from a street musician playing on the corner of the Ruby Slipper Cafe several mornings during the week we stayed. Made for the perfect atmosphere getting ready for the day in the morning. The condo was great. Beds were extremely comfortable and felt we had plenty of open space for a studio. We would definitely stay here again should we ever come back.
