The rooms are decorated with fresh and light décor but also blackout curtains. Smart Televisions are installed in each bedroom with streaming available. The east guest room has mountain and patio views.

It was an ideal location for us. Walking distance to various playgrounds and Old Town. Having a separate outdoor area from the pool was also excellent, as it allowed us to relax and allow our toddler to wander.

Excellent Well Kept Home

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. The house is very nice in an excellent part of La Quinta. It is just as the pictures show. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. The hosts are responsive and helpful. It is good value for what you get. We would be happy to stay again.

Sunny getaway from the Northwest

The size and location of the home were good with short drives to hikes. A pickleball and tennis court park is near by, which is a win. Really enjoyed the hot tub, pool and back covered area. There were a few items that were broken but nothing that ruined our stay.

Super quiet, clean and comfortable

This home was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is super quiet so we were able to get great sleep after hiking in Joshua Tree and La Quinta. It’s also walking distance from Old Town. The pool/hot tub are pretty small but both very nice. Definitely not a place for partiers but great for relaxing and getting sleep!

We loved our stay. Tucked in a neighborhood but proximate to downtown LaQuinta which gave us all that we needed. All of the instructions were clear and easy, the home was perfect and any need we had was responded to right away. We only wish we could've stayed longer. I would certainly return.

Perfect location and lovely home for family stay

The house was perfect for our family (2 adults, 13 yo, 11 yo and 7 yo). Great location near Old Town La Quinta as well as some beautiful hiking trails. House had great kitchen that was well-stocked for cooking home meals and house overall was very clean. Pool is small (given we have three active kids) but great for cooling off after a day of adventures. I recommend completely!

Comfortable family home

The setting of this house is beautiful, and the hot tub and outside areas are a delight. The place was very clean, and the location in La Quinta was great. My only suggestion for improvement is that the kitchen could have been better equipped with sheet pans, parchment paper, mixing bowls, a steamer, a lettuce spinner, etc. for those of us who like to cook at home. On the other hand, I appreciated the sharp knives.

This was a nice place to stay on a quiet street in La Quinta; walking distance to the Art District coffee shop/restraunts. The owners were very responsive to inquiries. The pool is in the front of the house--which was fine, but didn't come through for me on the pictures. The pool temperature was our only complaint-it seemed to have an auto reset and would be pretty chilly by late afternoon when we'd want to use it.

Desert Oasis!

My husband and I were here for the Power Trip Festival and really enjoyed our stay! The house was really close to one of the shuttle pickups at the Embassy Suites, a 7 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Everything in the house is really organized and it was superbly clean. We appreciated all the board game options as well as the cornhole! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need; condiments, oil, zip lock bags, storage containers for leftovers and even had some leftover White Claws in the fridge from the last guest! The keurig coffee options were appreciated with several different flavors, sugars, and creamers. The jacuzzi, Pool, and outdoor seating, were fantastic as well! We really appreciated the layout all being on one level and although my brother and sister in law didnt end up making it, had they, the master being on the other side of the living room from the other 2 bedrooms is great! Communication with the property manager Shana was superb! We will definitely stay here again.

Wow! Just Wow!

My family of 5 (us parents and 3 young adults aged 20-23) spent our annual holiday break between Christmas and New Year at this beautiful property and even after 7 nights, we were sad to leave! The house is located near downtown La Quinta and has everything you could probably want. The owners of this house put a lot of thought into everything that guests could probably need. The thoughtfulness and intentionality to ensure guests are comfortable and have fun is like none I have ever seen! The house is large, spotless, extremely neat (which those of us who are particular about order greatly appreciated) with 3 full bedrooms, and lots of outdoor lounging spaces, although the open plan allows for interaction between everyone if you want to. The back space was a hit for those who wanted to read or meditate all through the day or for us to all congregate and chit chat. The fire pit was awesome at night and we even made smores! The pool, the hot tub, the family games all allowed ample opportunity for R&R and fun! We also received a complimentary New Year’s Celebration Kit with props and goodies! The hosts and their property manager checked on us the day after we arrived just to make sure we didn’t need anything and also after we left to say thank you for treating their home with respect - how thoughtful and courteous! I could go on and on about how much we loved and appreciated everything about this home. We will definitely be returning on trips with family and with friends.

Perfect Desert Getaway!
