Great location, charming apartment. Description should include the steep, narrow and dark stairwell entry. Not unusual in very old buildings, but anyone with mobility issues will have a real problem. We are each 77 and took the stairs VERY CAREFULLY, especially with luggage.

Great loacation.

Great location, which is the most important part of being in Ville Franche. A couple things could have been clearer in the listing. Parking is NOT included or available at the property (amenities indicated it was). Closest pay lot (no free parking) 5 minute walk $45/ day. Sleeper couch is located in a room that must be passed through to enter the bedroom. Balcony is very small with only a view of the next building. Steep stairs. Please update the listing.

So comfy! Right in the center of the historical town

Our stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is much larger than on the pictures and has great interior design. The host was responsive and helped us for any question we had. The check-in was very easy. We will return to this apartment each time we visit Villefranche or Nice.

Great spot in centre of old town

The apartment was as nice as the pictures and suited our needs. The location was perfect. We were a bit concerned with the steepness and narrowness of the stairs. We were unprepared for the effort required to move luggage up and down two flights of stairs.
