Gorgeous Farmhouse looking at Pedernales River

Come get away on a vacation on the Pedernales River (Lake Travis). This house is wonderful for sharing with your family and friends. The decor is absolutely adorable, done by a professional interior decorator. The water is wonderful for swimming, fishing, and boating. We have a ramp and a place to keep your boat!! We have yard games, volleyball, tetherball, fire pits, teepee, grills, you name it, we probably have it!!!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Girl Scout Retreat

My group Girl Scouts loved exploring the facilities and swimming in the river. Beautiful getaway with such an amazing attentive host. Definitely recommend. Site is part of Blissful Hill event venue, so its picturesque!

Nice Location

The house was well decorated and had a great farm vibe to it. Bed were comfy 🙂. Plenty of space for my family vacation. We had a large group. The only issue we had was the downstairs bathroom shower very little water pressure. It was rough trying to get 17 ppl to shower with only one good shower. Overall we had a fantastic ams enjoyable time.

Girls Retreat

Overall we had a great experience! The host was always quick to respond to my inquiries. The patio was a little messy with cigarette butts and clam shells all over it. Also wish it was a little more clearer in the posting that it was a multi-rental property and things like the volleyball net, fire pit, outside games etc, was shared with other possible guests.

Welcoming retreat

Lovely property, a great family getaway. The description of the rooming arrangement was not entirely understood, but the owner was easy to communicate with and clarified for us. Would recommend!

Beautiful place, lots of options!

First and foremost, we were surprised by how awesome the area/property was… there quite a few neat things to see and do for everyone in the family. We did have a communication issue (possibly a VrBO glitch.. not sure), but when we arrived the house we had booked was not available due to some plumbing/water issues.. thankfully Katrina had other places to stay so that we weren’t scrambling for a hotel for our large group and she was very helpful and kind during the two days we stayed… it was a little tighter than we had hoped for and some of the families weren’t comfortable without having their own room, but we still really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to coming back and booking this home or other cottage / RV options that everyone will be happy with next time! Things don’t always go as planned, but we definitely recommend staying here.
