Comfortable stay in a great location

This is located in the HEART of an adorable Nashville neighborhood with a variety of restaurants and shops. Even though the units are directly above a restaurant, the bedroom was quiet. I would stay here again in a minute.

We had the perfect stay here. Easy, free parking. The best location at 12 South! Walkable to everything there and right about BarTaco. The apartment was clean with a super comfortable bed and all the basic amenities provided. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with. We will be back!

Great location in Nashville

I would definitely stay at this condo again on a visit to Nashville! The location in the middle of the action in the 12 South area is perfect. It was so nice to just walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Despite being right above a restaurant, we weren’t bothered by noise in the bedroom at the opposite end of the unit. The unit was very clean and comfortable too. A great visit!

The location was perfect and the restaurant downstairs was amazing. The place was very clean but the ceiling had foundation cracks throughout apartment. The flooring foundation leading to the balcony is separating as well. The sink in the bathroom also was leaking and spraying out by last day there.
