We were so happy with this property! Really beautiful and spacious and absolutely PERFECT location. We loved being able to walk so easily to all the shopping and food at 12 South and we were just a few minute drive to Belmont where our son goes. Having Ladybird tacos right in front of the building was also such a treat. Parking was easy and convenient and any questions we had were answered right away. Highly recommend!!

Love this home and location!

This home was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our group of four! The location was great and just so happens to be above Ladybird Taco, which is our favorite for breakfast tacos! The courtyard was so cute, but unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy! Cannot wait to stay in this cute place again on our next trip to Nashville!

Excellent Stay

Our second trip to 12 South. Truly enjoy this location. Easy access to great vendors within walking distance, nice place, excellent communication with property and Owner. We did have an issue in the rental and Owner and property addressed immediately! Look forward to coming back again!!

Beautiful Quiet Unit - Great Location

Loved this unit! Very comfortable beds, cool interior design, quiet location within the property (because of its location in the building there is no noise from the restaurant or cycle bar), easy parking on property. Very close walking distance to 12S restaurants & shops. This was perfect for our trip to Nashville with our friends. We ate nearly everyday at Ladybird Tacos on the first floor - delicious breakfast tacos! Management was quick to respond to a few questions we had leading up to our visit. Highly recommend!

Great place, great location!

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. The location was great and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We loved hanging out in the courtyard with wine and charcuterie! I would definitely recommend.
