Best Place EVER!!

The home and property we just amazingly beautiful. There is plenty of space for everyone. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was great to have such a beautiful quiet place to recharge in between getting ready for fight day. Can not wait to get back and visit again!

Wedding weekend

This property is absolutely amazing!! It was a treat to stay in this house. We rented it for the weekend of my daughter wedding and it was perfect. The host has provided anything you can think of or need. Highly recommend this property! We were sad to leave.

Great location and amenities for our gathering!

Our family has stayed at this location twice this year, once for a college graduation and then for a wedding. The home is large and spacious for our large family. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room tremendously! Would definitely recommend!

Daughter's Wedding

We stayed at the lovely 1901 Historic 3-Story Home Sterling Street. We had a wonderful 4 night stay with plenty of room for family and friends. also rented the cottage. Everyone enjoyed Ashley's lovely home and beautiful grounds and pool. Thank you for having such a great place for people to stay!

Excellent stay

It was a fabulous experience. My sister and used both the cottage and house for our adult children to attend a family wedding. There was no detail the owner did not think of. It made for a perfect weekend. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Outstanding home

This house was the best VRBO that I’ve stayed at. The owner was very accommodating and the house exceeded my expectations. Every rtwas beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing- well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and plenty of seating areas. The yard was child and adult friendly. It’s close to downtown and all Lafayette attractions.

Wonderful weekend with friends

Pulling five families together for an event is not easy! But Ashley‘s property was the perfect landing spot for everyone —plenty of games and entertainment for the kids and relaxing spaces for adults. There is a fantastic fully stocked kitchen for cooking for lots of people plus a grill and a lovely pool. The house is as pictured and absolutely lovely as are the grounds. it could not have been a better weekend in Lafayette. We meant to take a group picture, but we were having too much fun and forgot!

Fabulous place to stay with family

Our family had a wonderful stay while in town for a weekend music festival. This is a large, spacious home with a beautiful new pool, several outdoor areas for gathering, and lots of activities for kids. The interior is beautifully decorated... we spent a fair amount of time wandering through the house and appreciating the rooms. The beds were the most comfortable out of any rental we've stayed at, the linens were beautiful, and the amenities thoughtful & generous. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home. Communication with our host was friendly, thorough & prompt. We would love to stay here again on a return trip. Highly recommend!!

Our group of seven adults loved this property! The host was very attentive and informative. Check in/check out were easy. The house is situated over three floors. The downstairs is one of the most amazing entertaining spaces I've ever seen. Any type of hosting could easily be accommodated in this space: large, well-stocked, and highly functional kitchen (like, enviable, wow) - we used the coffee maker daily (it's a Ninja, can brew a pot or bring pods), the microwave, and the fridge and ice machine. There is plenty of space for everyone to sit, and the adjoining lounge area makes breakfast and late-night snacking social and relaxing. There are several dining areas aside from that, but we didn't use those spaces (we did ogle them, though). The bedrooms are gorgeous and well-appointed. There are four rooms on the second floor, these can accommodate 9 adults (especially if there are couples or those who are okay sharing beds). The beds were incredibly comfortable. There are three bathrooms on the second floor (all with showers/tubs). The only knock was if more than one person was showering, the water pressure was low and even with the tankless water heater, the last person showering didn't necessarily get the hottest shower. This was minor and did not detract from our stay at all. The pool and surroundings were lovely, and the outdoor seating near the home was spacious and comfortable. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again.

Magnificent mansion near downtown Lafayette

My family stayed here for my mom and her twin’s surprise 60th birthday weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The inside of the house is stunning and the grounds provided so much space to explore and enjoy each other’s company. We had 5 couples in the main house and a few of my aunts rented out the cottage on the property. We used the fire pit both nights and talked in the kitchen area till late in the evening. There are at least three living rooms, two fantastic dining areas and the bonus room on the top floor was perfect for my brother and his wife and their one-year-old. My mom is already planning a return visit with her high school friends. Ashley is a wonderful host, she is so kind, provided all info we needed and the instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow. If we ever need a big house to stay in Lafayette again we will be returning!
