And the pool-house offers a unique luxury. From pool to air hockey to darts to a gaming area all in a climate controlled area, this is the place active families will spend the most time. The house, pool house, 2 acre field for play, and pool are all there just for our guests.
The home has a full time resident who is the estate caretaker and he lives in the separate Acadian home on site. His house and grounds are secluded by privacy fences and screens to keep the areas separate. He remains unseen unless he is needed for a rare question or assistance upon your request. Otherwise the entire grounds are here for you and your family to enjoy.

Absolutely breathtaking relaxing and fun

Everything was beyond what was expected it was so clean and beautiful we had such a relaxing time will definitely be booking again in the future thanks for helping us make memories with our family

Awesome Place

We had 10 people come in to the international festival. Great weather house was awesome. Plenty of room. Great pool house overall at 10 Colony a room outdoors will book again next year

LOVE!!

This property was nothing short of amazing!! Huge house. We had a very big group with a ton of kids and the kids stayed in the pool house/game room. Most definitely recommend. The host was great!!
