Jonas' condo is close to everything you need, groceries, shopping (particularly vintage) and transit. Parking and check in were great and the condo was very peaceful and quiet. Would certainly stay again and highly recommend it.
A beautiful space in a great neighbourhood within walking distance to all the stores and restaurants of Fraser and Main Street. Love the vast record selection and the fact there is no TV.
Jonas was an incredible host from start to finish. The property is very comfortable and well located with a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The Mexican restaurant Los Cuervos we especially liked. The record collection is amazing. We were a family of four adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 11 days at Jonas’ place. Street parking was also always available. Highly recommended!
This townhouse was very nice. It was well maintained and worked well for our family. It was within walking distance of a cute coffee shop that we went to every morning and in a good general location that allowed us to drive to the different areas of Vancouver that we wanted to explore each day.
The townhome is modern and nicely decorated. The location isn't too far from the airport or local transit.
There are also restaurants within walking distance. The host Jonas is very responsive to any questions.
We enjoyed our stay.
Terrific two floor townhouse with all the amenities (except TV). It's in an eclectic neighborhood with lots of ethnic restaurants. Very convenient to anywhere in Vancouver by car or public transportation. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Super cute little apartment. It was perfect for the 3 weeks I was there working on a project. Jonas was nice and helpful when I had questions. Neighborhood is quiet and you can walk 10-20’minutes to be in busier areas with nice shops.
The place was very clean and modern. 3 good sized bedrooms plus a small bonus room that has a small futon. Jonas was a good host, communication was great. Location was near a major artery so that allowed good access to places in town. Of note is that there isnt AC but we didnt need it during our stay. We would stay again!
We needed a place to stay comfortably for a week in Vancouver, and this was one of the few places with 3 bedrooms. We had a car & parking wasn’t a problem. The house has tons of books & plants (no TV or AC). Jonas is quick to respond to questions.
Clean, modern, and well-equipped rental at a great location
My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and centrally located rental home. Even before check in, Jonas answered all of our questions and kept us updated to make sure that everything would go smoothly. Everything was just as nice as in the photos, and honestly it made our trip to Vancouver such a pleasant one. My favourite parts include the beautiful kitchen with a gas stove and a huge sink, the hotel quality king mattresses, the projector for watching movies, and of course, the amazing amounts of books and records which I enjoyed to the fullest! Not to mention the abundance of great restaurants in the area!
Overall, nothing bad to say about this VRBO. We hope to visit again!
Jonas has been super easy to work with as a host. The place was clean and well laid out when we got there. Check in/out was seamless. Jonas provided many *extras* that most hosts don’t consider like: tin foil & plastic wrap, to-go containers for food storage, scissors and scotch tape (cause you never know!!). Lots of extra towels, a great record album and book collection! Personal touches with a west coast/beachy theme. Quick to respond to texts & questions answered. Location is central with tons of eateries, grocery stores, one of kind coffee houses. Easy access to downtown, parks and Seawall. Thanks Jonas! We’ll be back!
The property was to a very high standard and perfect location to explore Vancouver as bus stops were located nearby. It was a 5 minute walk to our sons house which was perfect for us as well. We also downloaded the uber app and used this a lot too. There is a lovely bakery and coffee shop close by and we made a bar called Bells and Whistles our local. The property had everything you needed and Jonas was quick to respond with any queries. We made use of the extensive book collection.. We will certainly use this property again .
