Enjoyed the stay and is a great location; however the restaurant and amenity spaces all closed earlier than I thought they would - by the time I arrived after work it was closing down.
Only issue I had was the noise level from the street level tat surprised me being up on the 23rd floor.

Regarding the amenity schedules, the building’s amenities, such as the pool, close at sunset. As for the noise, while the area is usually quite peaceful, there can be some noise during peak traffic hours due to our central location.

From start to end, we enjoyed our stay here. Check in process was smooth, Kat during checkin was courteous, professional and swift. Not to mention, the host would check-in with us via text to make sure we were enjoying our stay.
The unit is very clean, modern and updated. Spacious 1/1 with a nice size balcony (access from living room and bedroom) with beautiful view of the city and the bay. Bed was comfy, king size. Bedding was nice and clean. Bath had plenty clean towels of all sizes, shower pressure was good and hot water ran fine. Kitchen had all the essentials. Location was perfect, Bay Circle in the backyard and plenty of good eateries and fine dining within steps of the building. Although we didn’t used the amenities, we had full access. Obtaining our access card was easy and smooth.
Valet available but we found a budget-friendly garage parking a block away for $15-20 a night. The short walk on Brickell Ave back to the building was always nice.
I noticed on the other ads of other units within this building appear to be a bit outdated & yet pricier. If you are gonna stay in Brickell, and in this specific building, I highly recommend booking this unit! You will not be disappointed ! :)

75m pool w/ incredible views, Hallways smell musty though
Walking into this apartment was exciting: beautiful floors, modern kitchen with Sub-Zero built-in appliances and a marble counter, view of the river and downtown from the balcony. The amenities, shared with the W Hotel, are fantastic as well including a 75 meter pool with two smaller pools and a jacuzzi and incredible views from the pool deck and gym. The location is terrific, just a few blocks away from City Center and 2 blocks away from a Whole Foods. The in-unit Washer/Dryer worked well too.
Room for improvement: the hallways smell musty (strange for a new-ish building), the doors in the unit are cheap (not a big deal, but I noticed them every time) and they and the closet could use a re-painting, and the bed's mattress is not that comfortable and there's only a thin blanket covering it -- no duvet.

The property was clean, well presented and had a great view of downtown Miami, especially in the evening with the buildings lit up. The property management team managing the unit was responsive and professional.
While I would love to give this property a great review, I can’t. We had a terrible experience in two of our three nights:
- Night one - no problem.
- Night two had at least one unit BLARING music until 5:30am to include hallway yelling and screaming until 4-4:30am. Didn’t know until the following day when I reported the loud music that I can contact the property at any time.
- Night three (a Sunday night going into Monday morning) was another night of no sleep. This time it was another room - unfortunately next to us - who was BLARING music. While there wasn’t yelling and screaming in the hallway, there was loud talking by people who for some reason felt compelled to step into the hallway to hold conversations. Fortunately, this time we had security’s number so 2 visits from security later, the music stopped around 2:30am.
We have requested a refund for 2 of the 3 nights and are awaiting a reply from the managing company to see how they recover from a terrible experience.
If the review tool allows me to post an update, I’ll do so.

Since the time you visited, we have added 24-hour security solely focused on the residential side of the Icon, and have also reprogrammed the fob system to only allow guests to access their designated floor. You are invited to join us once more and see how we are taking steps to continue improving our guests' stay. It would seem that the rating given to our company on your behalf would be on account of incidents outside of our control and of you standing by for a larger refund than we provided, which was manifested in waiving parking costs for the entirety of your stay.
