Want to make a special arrangement? If you are a repeat customer, please contact me for special rates ! This tropical gem is located in the heart of the Florida Keys. You will be fishing in no time with direct access to the ocean in 2 minutes. Minutes from all the best dive and snorkeling sites. Clear blue waters await you on the ocean side, and 5 minutes to access to the bay side. This locations offers the best of both worlds. Close to restaurants and stores, and Harry Harris park is a short walk or bike ride away. This park includes a covered picnic area, barbecues, boat ramp with parking, swimming lagoon and much more. Our home has been updated with new bathrooms and kitchen. Plenty of parking for a boat trailer and cars. Covered deck to enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying the cool breezes and water view. Outside entertainment area with an ice maker and fridge. A third fridge is next to fish cleaning station for all your bait and fresh catches. There is a barbecue to enjoy the sunset in the afternoons. This is a one-story property with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. New linens and mattresses and a washer and dryer. Perfect spot for kayaking and paddle boarding which are included. Come enjoy the peace and tranquility that this home offers.
Boat lift is available upon request. (10,000 lb. capacity) Boat lift bunks must be professionally adjusted at renter's expense.

Exactly as advertised!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts provided everything we could want. Plenty of space for a family with a small dog. Spent time fishing in the canal and visiting the many excellent seafood restaurants in the area.

Truly a boaters paradise!

We had an extended stay and everything was as described or better. It was well appointed and has everything you need and then some. So many extras, it was like you were staying at a friends house, and not just a rental. The boat lift, cleaning table , bait fridge, ice maker will spoil any boating enthusiasts. It has direct fishing access the the Atlantic, and they fishing is good.The back porch had quality comfortable furniture and we spent a lot of time out back soaking up all things in the canal. We saw tarpon almost daily, turtles, dolphins, and all sorts of fish. We were able to catch mangrove snapper right in the back yard. Inside was nice and the air was cold and the water hot. The beds were comfortable and they had clean quality linens including towels.The host were just that, host, and we felt like it was important to them we had a nice stay. Easy to reach, and helpful with suggestions of things to do. Already planning our next trip back!
