We are a boutique Condo in the heart of 12 South. We provide complementary local coffee in every suite. Our location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville. You can walk to just about anything you may desire. If you want to just sit, have a drink and people watch, we have a seat for you on our balcony overlooking all of the action on 12th Ave South. plush Linens yummy bath products , full kitchen and tub shower combo Come enjoy!

A half-mile stretch along 12th Avenue South called the 12South neighborhood with a vintage clothing store on one end, a gourmet restaurant on the other, and many unique Nashville businesses in between. One of the most walkable neighborhoods in Nashville, 12South is a shopping and dining destination full of restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, bars, and boutiques featuring local designers and makers. We also have a Park and Community center at the end of street with in season local farmers market music and vendors.

You have the condo to yourself just like home !

We are a boutique Guest House in the heart of 12 south. We provide complementary local coffee in every suite. Our location is in one of the best neighborhoods in Nashville. You can walk to just about anything you may desire. If you want to just sit, have a drink and people watch, we have seat set up for you on our balcony. Two large smart TVs with cable. Great standard amenities, including, iron and ironing boards, hairdryers and much more. Come enjoy our place.


You can walk to most everything. When venturing downtown, you can use the HOP on HOP off Trolly , Uber, Lyft , we also have bus transit.

Please note this building is in the very heart of 12 South in Nashville. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.
We strive to deliver a wonderful stay and experience on everything we can control within the apartment itself to ensure you have a fabulous time in Nashville!

This little condo was perfect for our stay! It was clean and had everything we needed. Right across the street from restaurants, coffee shops, and cute boutiques. Such a fun neighborhood!

We could not have loved the location any more! Perfect walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and more! The condo itself was super clean with a great view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

A friend and i were extending a work trip and wanted a place that was walkable to things as well as a space we could do some work from. The place is immaculate and had a great vibe. The owners were super responsive and very accommodating for our requests. We will for sure be staying here again when we come back.

We stayed here for our son's graduation from Belmont. Great location from the school and nice area for dinner. Our unit was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Scarlett was fantastic with any questions. We highly recommend!!

Superb 12th South Location

Perfect property to take part in all the hustle and bustle of 12th South yet be tucked away on a private balcony for catching up with cocktails. The suite was an ideal place to host a Music City girls trip! We endulged in all the specialty shops and eateries within walking distance and also hopped on short rides to Broadway and other hot spots in Nashville. Met all of our expectations!

Great Eacape

The host text and communicated several times. The property was GREAT, from cleanliness to decor loved it all. The condo is located above the Taco bar. We arrived very late in the night and we ran down to the taco bar and grabbed a quick bite The location had a safe feel with stores and coffee shops available. Will be back.

Underequipped and long in the tooth

Great location on 12th for a weekend. But for two weeks like we stayed the kitchen was poorly equipped. Outdoor furniture is beat up and horrible. Outdoor doors and one bedroom door stick and don’t open or close properly. Nice space, but the corporate management company badly needs to give it some TLC.
