We were glad to spend three nights here and explore the area, we walked to get coffee and breakfast daily, explored the neighborhood and really enjoyed being close to all Nashville has to offer. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit Nashville!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was exactly as pictured, very clean, and in a fantastic location with restaurants and shopping just minutes away. Amy was wonderful—she responded quickly to every question and made everything so easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nashville. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay as we celebrated my 50th birthday! The property was exactly as advertised was clean spacious and was located in a safe neighborhood and things were very easy to walk to from the property. I highly recommend staying at this place!

A great place

The house was perfect for our group who just met up in Nashville for a quick trip to spend time together visiting and eating out. The location was perfect for us as we walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee and shopping. The house layout and decor was great!

Quick Family Trip

This property is clean and very conveniently located. There is so much natural light and the beds are comfy. This will be my go-to VRBO in Nashville for family visits. The owner is responsive and check in/out is very easy.

Love the location, super cute property

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very cute location near Belmont college and walking distance to 12 South neighborhood. Property was clean, well stocked and had a great layout. One bedroom is on the main level which was great for my mother in law to not have to do stairs. Would definitely stay here again
