Lovely!

Excellent property. Clean and well decorated. Initially I was nervous that the location would be too close to Publix but it was so calm and quiet and being in walking distance to the grocery store came very much in handy! Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful House

House was great. Walking distance to grocery store. Had to drive to the Watercolor Beach Club and Beach, but did not have any problems with parking.

Spring Break at Dew Drop Inn

We had a wonderful visit to Watercolor and staying at the Dew Drop Inn was a great experience. The home is stunning - decorated beautifully as seen in the pictures. The bikes were an added bonus and very helpful to traveling through Watercolor and around Seaside too. We had plenty of linens and the kitchen was supplied with pans/etc. The house is also walking distance to Publix and the Perfect Pig which were great. It’s also a quick bike ride to Camp Watercolor, which is very family friendly.

Pure Heaven!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Dew Drop Inn! The house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. We loved all that Watercolor Beach Club had to offer! We enjoyed the location—walking distance to Publix and to Camp Watercolor—my kid’s favorite pool. We didn’t have a golf cart and it wasn’t a problem—short drive to beach. We didn’t have our wristbands right away bc of last minute booking and they were very prompt and responsive. Can’t wait to visit again!

Notre Dame ‘90 Mini-Reunion

This was the perfect house and location for a group of 10 of us to gather for a long weekend to reminisce about our days in college and catch up on the intervening 33 years of life. We hired a private chef who prepared a delicious meal at the house Friday evening, which made for an evening exceedingly more enjoyable than going out to a restaurant. The Watercolors/Seaside area is a fantastic destination for any group looking for beautiful accommodations and world class beaches.

The bikes were not in good working order. We had to take them to a bike shop to get bolts tightened. The towels are very thin and rough. The beds were comfortable. One room had a high bed frame which made it difficult to get into the bed. The smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night. Someone came to replace all the batteries the next day. That night one went off and we had to disconnected it from it's base to get it to stop. The pool in the neighborhood is nice and not crowded. When we arrived we did not have enough wristbands and had to find the management office the next day to get more bands. The key for the golfcart was not left in the home and we had to delay our plans and wait for someone to bring us another key.

We loved the layout and location of the home. The pictures showed a beautiful, well maintained home but it was not. Several items were broken. ( mirror, fan, shower handle etc.) The microwave door would not open and the coffee craft was broken. The office did bring another microwave to sit on the counter and brought another coffee maker, but without a craft. So, we had two coffee makers without anything to hold the coffee. Walls in the bathrooms were peeling and it was very evident where past repairs had been made and where current repairs needed to be made. We arrived early, but received a text warning us not to enter the home until check in at 4:00. That was more than fair, but when we arrived, none of the passes Watercolor requires for entrance to the pools and beach were there. We were left another text, telling us we could pick them up at the Watercolor office. Unfortunately, the Watercolor office closes at 4:00, the same time as check in. Luckily, other family members were staying in another home in Watercolor and we were able to go with them.This house really has so much potential, it just really needs to be taken care of and well maintained.

The house was great except we had a problem with the main TV. We could never get it to work properly and on day 3 the maintenance man came and fixed it but it started acting up within a few hours. Secondly, there was not a golf cart key when we arrive on Saturday, and we did not receive one until Monday at 11:00. I called and emailed several times and they were supposed to bring one on Sunday but that never happened. I counted on the golf cart to get me around and it was a huge inconvenience to not have it for 2 1/2 days.

Disappointed!

Home was advertised as "new" but has not been well maintained. Upon arrival the furniture in living area and bedrooms was very dirty. The rugs were dirty, too. The description of two of the rooms were not accurate - one room had only a top and bottom bunk bed and the other room had two single beds, in the listing they were described as four single beds in both rooms. Outside light was out, and the outside plug - so no way to charge the electric golf cart that we rented and outside TV in the screened porch did not work. I requested a visit and a call from the Property Manager but did not receive either.

We sent someone out from our field team to service the light and replaced that during your stay. The GFI was tripped causing the outside light and TV to not work which has been taken care of as well. The property and house are beautiful and well supplied with necessary items. Our family lived the set up… plenary of room for 11 of us. Would stay here again. A golf cart is a must have. It is farther from the beach than stated. Parking is an issue. The property managers were very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house is decorated so beautifully and it was cleaned very well. The location is fantastic you can walk to perfect pig and Publix and it’s a quick bike ride to camp watercolor. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Great house, great stay

We stayed at this Watercolor property for a fall weekend. We have stayed in Watercolor many times. I wasn't sure about the location originally, but with 3 kids under 4, we loved being so close to Publix. It was a quick golf cart ride to Seaside and the pools of Watercolor. The house was lovely. Very clean and worked great for two families and several little kids. The management company was very responsive, too. The heated pools at Watercolor made a huge difference in our stay. Great house, great stay!

Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely stunning. We went for a girls weekend and couldn’t have enjoyed our trip more. The location worked well because it was close to the grocery store and eateries. Being somewhat far from the beach, it is an easy bike ride or walk. The only issue that we had was that we were missing one bike. After contacting BeachWalk the issue was resolved.

My friends and I feel like we won the lottery in finding this place. We just kept saying “oh my gosh! This is perfect”. It was more than we could ask for. We feel grateful and blessed to stay here and tried to extend our stay but it was booked.
