Welcome to 'Beachside ReTreat'! RETREAT, RENEW, & RECREATE...
Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, this Tidewater condo offers updated accommodations perfect for a couple or small group of friends. Have you been working hard, and need to get away? This stunning first floor condo is perfectly situated, and hosts many thoughtful extras provided by the homeowners. Enjoy coffee in the morning, or a cocktail in the evening on the comfortable screened patio. The screened porch overlooks the pool and beach, and provides easy access- leaving you just steps away from a walk on the beach, or a dip in the outdoor community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and a charming breakfast nook.

Imagine yourself relaxing under the shady pergola next to the pool, and then spending the evening on the perfectly lit screened patio. Outdoor Tidewater community pool is open seasonally (April-end of September)

Like all Tidewater properties, this 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo is in very high demand.
WIFI and Linens are included. No Smoking. No Pets.
* Isle of Palms is a barrier island, cell service cannot be guaranteed, please plan accordingly.*

**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**

Ground level Parking is uncovered in shared Tidewater community lot. Wild Dunes only permits two car passes for your stay.
Stairs or ramp provides access to elevated first floor breezeway of the condo building. This condo is on the first floor of Building I, and the living space is all one level.

Spacious entry foyer with bedrooms/baths on left and common areas on the right. Back of foyer hosts glass doors which open to screened porch
Screened porch offers comfortable conversational seating, and steps leading to pool and beach paths.
Living area with Queen sleeper sofa, Large flat screen Cable TV with streaming capabilities.
Kitchen with stainless appliances, small dining table, and pantry holding full sized stacked washer and dryer.
Bedroom 1) King Bed; private bathroom (walk in shower); Cable flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities.
Bedroom 2) King Bed; private access to hall bath (tub/shower combo); Cable flat-screen TV.

*This is a Sunday – Sunday rental from 6/1/25 to 8/17/25; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

Spring Break Stay

Great location, beautiful property!

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The hosts went above and beyond having all the little things on hand that we didn't need to run out and buy. The location is perfect. The pool and beach access are just steps away. We had a lovely vacation on IOP. Be back next year!

The AC worked great and the showers were very nice. We loved the back screened in porch. Area is very quiet despite being a condo unit.

The beach towels and chairs were much appreciated. Two suggestions- remove the oversized rug from the master and replace the sofa which was clean but lacked any support.

Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the unit. Having a family member with a dust allergy, the ceiling fans, and around the beds were covered with dust, therefore making him feel bad the entire trip. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom and den do not close all the way. For privacy and light, we had to put towels along the windowsill to remedy this problem.

Trip with elderly in laws

The property was very nice and true to pictures posted online. The only negative was the steps to get into the condo. My mother in law doesn’t ambulate well and had difficulty getting into our unit. The ad posted that there was an elevator in the building but you had to go up several steps to get to it.

Please remember for the future-There is a ramp that can be used instead of the few steps, that leads to the first floor breezeway where the condo is located. The ramp is located to the right of the small section of stairs that you were using. The elevator is on the first floor breezeway, and can also be accessed via the ramp. The elevator is noted because it may be useful for those wanting to visit a guest staying on the second or third floor.

I was not disappointed. The property was really nice and clean. I have rented several condos. This is the first one I have stayed at, that I can say has the most comfortable beds. The only thing about staying on the first floor is it was noisey. That is to be expected at any rental on the first floor. We had a wedding to attend that keep us from enjoying the property. I will return when I can stay longer and enjoy the property.

Very Nice Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Isle of Palms for well over a decade now and usually stay in places like this. This particular unit was definitely one of the best we have rented. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is great with just steps to the pool and not far from the beach. The pool was not too crowded since it serves a relatively small number of units in only two buildings. There were a few small maintenance issues (slow drains, door latches for example) that need to be addressed but they could be recent and just not addressed yet. It definitely appears the property is well cared for. I will mention that we did have to run out and get a small step stool as the queen size bed was too tall for our four year old to get in and out of so if you have small kids or short adults you may want to consider bringing one with you. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property and location were great! Had a wonderful and relaxing time. However, when booking online, there was a 40% promotion that I was unable to apply on the reservation. It didn't say the property did not qualify; I just went in circles trying to apply the code. When I finally called the office, about 10 days later to inquire, I was told that I waited too long and should book by phone to get the best price. I understand my delay was excessive, but I was unhappy that I was not able to get the discount in the first place that was available online.
