On the Fishermen's Island in Cap d'Agde, available for rent from Sunday to Sunday, by the week or every two weeks: a beautiful studio with no direct views from neighbouring buildings.
It sleeps up to 5 people and has been completely renovated.
A covered loggia with a lovely view of the sea and the boats.
A gated parking space (remote-controlled gate) in a quiet and secure residence.
A CHANGE OF SCENERY GUARANTEED!!!
4 beaches located 5 to 15 minutes’ walk from the residence: La Grande Conque, La Plagette, Plage des Falaises, and Plage du Môle.
A shuttle boat called La Coche d’eau takes you to various tourist spots in Cap d’Agde day or night (the Ile des Loisirs, Richelongue Beach, etc.) or lets you enjoy a very pleasant ride.
This shuttle can pick you up just 100 metres from the residence—it’s a great way to explore everything without needing a car.
Bakery, tobacco shop, supermarket, pizzeria, and deli right next to the residence.
Close to the harbour, shops, and Allée de la Flânerie (over 100 charming small shops).
Near the Ile des Loisirs (cinema, nightclubs, Lunaparc and its rides, Aqualand, Dino Park, Giant Mini-Golf, playgrounds for children, jet skis, horseback riding, sailing school, spearfishing, etc.).

Nous l'avons réalisé pour créer un petit nid douillet où on peut s'y reposer sans avoir trop de bruit mais en étant proche de tout commerce et distraction. Le fait de voir la mer directement de la loggia et de ne pas avoir de vis à vis est très important pour moi. Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation et vous attends avec plaisir l'année prochaine.

Le séjour au Cap d’Agde a été agréable : plages, balades et activités variées. Le logement était confortable et bien situé. Quelques zones étaient très fréquentées, mais globalement, je recommande cette destination.Propriétaire agréable et très sympathique

Super Unterkunft

Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet es fehlt einem an nichts . Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist unbeschreiblich. Den ganzen Tag kann man Boote beobachten und am Abend bekommt man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang geboten. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand ( schwarzer Sandstrand oder den normalen Sandstrand) oder das Zentrum der Stadt. Das Wassertaxi hält ebenfalls vor Ort und so kommt man bequem zu weiten Stränden, Aquapark, Lunapark usw. Direkt vor der Unterkunft hat man ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei und andere Geschäfte und Gastronomen.
