SEPTEMBER MANY DATES
1000 Square foot modern cottage. We just finished a complete remodel and addition. We offer a two bedroom, two bath home. The master bedroom has a master bath with a large walk-in shower, king bed, double closets and a 44 inch smart, flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds with individual nightstands and a large closet. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and completely stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. The living room is an open concept to the kitchen. The bar seats four and we also have a small drop leaf table that will seat two. The living room has a new pullout sofa with an air mattress attached for added comfort, two new recliners and a 44 inch flat screen, smart TV. We have a laundry area with a new stacked washer and dryer. There is a small sitting area in front of the house. In the backyard, we have a small deck with a patio set, porch lights, gas grill and a fire pit with fireside chairs. We also offer bikes and beach towels. Our home has cable, WIFI, central air and heat. We are located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood six blocks from downtown and 3.7 miles to the Castle. I am sorry! We do not allow pets.

We also own The Cozy Cottage located directly behind. Our properties share a backyard. This cottage is also listed on VRBO. TWO BEDROOM ONE BATH.

Charlevoix wedding weekend

A perfect little getaway in a perfect location. Loved walking into downtown Charlevoix and super easy to get to Castle Farms for our friend’s son’s wedding. This home was very well taken care of and offered everything we needed. Such a nice stay, will definitely come back

Charming Cottage Close to Downtown Charlevoix

Loved our stay at this cottage. Very well kept and all the extra touches made it that more special. Host provides s’mores basket, bikes, folding chairs, beach towels, fire pit, and more. The location was perfect for walking to downtown or biking around Charlevoix. Bridget was very helpful and quick to respond. Memorable vacation with family. I would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Stay!

This was an absolute perfect place for the week to enjoy Charlevoix! Great location, clean and Bridget and Grant’s added touches really made the difference! Sweet Comfy Cottage Has It All

The house was very accessible to downtown and the beach, very cute, clean and tastefully decorated. The smart charging stations in each of the rooms were a really nice added amenity. The s'mores basket was such a lovely house warming welcome. I wanted a crockpot while we were there and Bridget was kind enough to run it right over! Loved the separate thermostats in each room too. It made everyone's comfort so accommodating. Overall, we had a really great stay. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Stay

We were delighted with this beach cottage. It truly had all the comforts of home and was so well thought out. We didn’t cook, so I can’t speak to how the kitchen is set up, We hope to come back. It is walking distance to town; about 3/4 mile. A perfect spot to enjoy Charlevoix!

Green St Summer Weekend

This is our second time staying at Green St, first time was in the fall a couple years ago. The home is located on a residential street, within easy walking to downtown Charlevoix. The home is well maintained and the check in process is super easy. Even better the check out process is super easy when leaving after the weekend. Great home and definitely will be staying here a third time.
