Whether you enjoy shopping downtown stores, strolling the boardwalk along the lake (Round or Michigan), spending the day at the beach or enjoying your boat moored at the marina, you find this suite the perfect location to enjoy it all. You'll be nearby the numerous Charlevoix festivals/music concerts/craft fairs... Great location for the Venetian Festival parade of boats and fireworks.

A few years ago, I visited some friends who have a vacation home in Charlevoix, Michigan. I fell in love with the town and it's people. It was August and I was coming from the hot, humid, south which might have had something to do with it.

However, i've also been to Charlevoix in the middle of winter and still love it!

Why they chose this property

The view is terrific!

I've always wanted to live some place where I could walk to the restaurants, bars, beach, library, shops and movie theater. This is the place!

What makes this property unique

Other than the bedroom and bathroom, the suite is a large open inviting space. In time for the 2016 Season, I'll have replaced the leather sectional with a comfy sleeper sofa and two leather recliners. Its great to be able to set at the patio table and see the marina.
