Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



*Please be aware that there is an exterior security camera located on the premises directed towards parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind*



*Please note: The pool is not heated. Pool is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool.



*Parking is limited at the property. The garage can fit one car inside and the height of your vehicle will need to be max 5'9". During the peak season of June, July, and August; we will provide you with one parking pass for the street. If you have more than two vehicles, you will need to purchase any additional parking passes through the phone number on property or the Premium Parking App for Kure Beach.



*Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee (PER PET - 2 Dogs MAX - 50 pounds)
