You are only yards away from the free town shuttle and a quick 10-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge and the slopes. Just far enough to be out of the congestion of town but close enough to achieve the Breckenridge ski town feel.

Relax in the hot tub after a full day of mountain activity or fire up the grill as you sit back and enjoy views from the deck. The open floor plan makes gathering with friends and family effortless and memorable.

The entire home has been tastefully furnished and appointed! Attention has been given to every detail in this gorgeous house. If you want to get the true mountain feel with a luxurious touch this is your home. There will be no mistake that you are on vacation when you stay here, this property is a true gem.

-Summit County has very strict parking, occupancy and quiet hour rules. You will be asked to leave, fined, and lose your deposit if rules aren't followed. A sheriff has the ability to walk up to the door and ticket you.
-Parking- 4 cars max. Street parking is prohibited at all times.
-Occupancy Max- 12 people (children and infants included) at any time (day or night).
-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.
-Just 10 minutes by car to town & about 20 minutes (depending on where you go) by shuttle.
-120 yards to the FREE SHUTTLE stop at the end of your cul de sac. *times can change *You DON'T have to pay Breckenridge local sales tax (only Colorado tax).
-Once you book, we will send you a detailed information PDF with personal recommendations as well as basic information.
-Must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
-Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the premises for your safety. They do not record conversations.

The home was even more beautiful than the pictures and description. The shuttle was just up at the top of the street. A perfect retreat for our groups trip to ski in Breckenridge.

Really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house was perfect for our group which consisted of two families (4 adults and 8 kids). The house was well appointed and every kitchen appliance needed to cook meals.We really enjoyed the deck on the top floor. Breath taking views of the sun setting over ski resort.

What a fabulous home and location! You won't regret staying here!

This location is one of the best homes my family has visited! Everything is beautifully appointed and as described in the listing. The views are spectacular and the house was spacious and felt like a home away from home. There were 9 in our group and we enjoyed every aspect of this home from the kitchen, two living areas, private hot tub, game room etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, so everyone slept very well during our week stay. The host, was kind, considerate, and responsive to anything we needed. We visited to ski and enjoy all the amazing offerings. There were countless restaurants nearby as well as fun activities such as snowboarding, tubing, sledding, etc in addition to skiing the resorts.

The house is very spacious and beautiful and the views are amazing. We had an amazing time at this place, definitely worth it if you are staying in Breckenridge. The free public bus takes you downtown where you can walk down Main street. Our entire family enjoyed this home. Also the host was very responsive and attentive.

This house was amazing and comfortably slept 9 for our 2 families. Views were spectacular and allowed us to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks show from the house! Each day after skiing we loved relaxing in the hot tub then hanging out playing pool or family shuffleboard tournaments. Anytime we had a question or concern it was immediately addressed. Would highly recommend this host and we will plan on staying with them again.

This was a great place for a weekend away with friends. The hot tub was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen and living space was great for everyone to hang out in. This place is close to the shuttle into town. It was so easy to get on and get to town without needing to drive. The best part is the view of the mountains from the third floor balcony. We loved the place and appreciate the communication leading up to and during our stay. Everything was wonderful.

This was a wonderful property meticulously maintained and prepared by the property management team. The house was beautifully appointed, had literally everything we could have possibly needed, and was such a joy to stay in for our extended family vacation. Sarah and her crew did an excellent job with this home. It was spacious for our party of 9, very clean, stocked kitchen appliances, and terrific views! Our kids (age ranging 9-18) loved the game room and hot tub while the adults loved the open floor plan on the main level. The table was large enough for us to sit around for mealtime and spacious enough for card games. Sarah was a great host and tended to our questions almost immediately. We will be back!

Everything about this house is awesome - gorgeous views, comfortable, clean, fully stocked, and a private-feeling location while being close to downtown. If this house is available, book it!
