Come and discover this 58 m² flat, with a splendid view of the Mediterranean and the charming town of Antibes. Close to public transport, beaches and all amenities, this pied-à-terre will be the ideal place for a getaway for up to 4 people.
You will have a beautiful bright living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room, two balconies to enjoy a good meal in the sun as well as a swimming pool and shared tennis courts.
Private parking. Baby bed. Bed linen and towels included.

The flat:
Located on the 3rd floor with lift, this walk-through flat is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A separate kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee maker...

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and WC.

Exterior:
- A numbered parking space is available at the foot of the residence.
- Two terraces, one facing south, the other facing west and furnished with sunbeds, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal facing the sea!
- A large unheated swimming pool. This area is shared with the residence and is open from mid-May to mid-October. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- Two tennis courts. Common area in the residence.

The property was ok and reasonably clean. The pool was fabulous and never busy. The company looking after it were 35 minutes late to let us in and then 20 minutes late when we were leaving, despite me advising them in advance that we had a bus to catch. On arrival we were advised that the fridge did not work.properly, but we could use the one next door!!! When we told them that this was not very satisfactory, we were told that the people before us were ok with it. Personally, i feel that as they had known about it in advance, they should have either fixed it or bought a new one. When I.put that to them, i was told that the owner was abroad. Not sure why they couldn't be contacted in this age of email,, text, whatsapp etc...and then was advised that i could ask be moved.or.put up with it. So, the property was ok but the agent was shocking.
