Stunning upscale townhouse located across the street from the base of of Mount Snow (GREENSPRINGS) 3 floors, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths. Spacious, comfortable, clean. If you want a cozy retreat for a big group -- this is it! Wi-Fi, cable, DVD, roaring fireplace. Great room with large dining area. Deck with mountain view, gas grill. Second large living room + 2 bedrooms on lower level / mountain view: very private. Clubhouse with indoor pool Jacuzzi and gym. King bed in Master bedroom, queen in second master, twin beds in remaining three bedrooms. Washer and Dryer. Fully equipped + linens. Terrific restaurants nearby. You'll get so relaxed you'll never want to leave!
Mount snow has reputation for best snow making in the East -- last year skiing started in November and lasted well into April. Also has the only 8 seat 'bubblechair' -- fully covered so you stay warm on your ride up the mountain! Unbelievable groomed conditions!

3.5 hour drive from Manhattan, lots to do year round. Summer is the best kept secret in Vermont, and this is the place to enjoy.

We had such an amazing time staying at Mary Anne's fabulous Vermont home. The home is very well decorated, comfortable, relaxing, and so spacious. You definitely can't beat the location, right near restaurants and walking distance to Mt. Snow, or the amenities. Everything about our stay was amazing right from the start. Mary Anne was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be returning to her home if our travels take us to that area again in the future. This vacation home is truly a gem, and was even more impressive in person than what I was expecting from the pictures.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay at Mary Anne’s townhouse. She is an excellent communicator. The unit was clean and spacious. Very easy to get to the mountain, lovely neighborhood to walk in and close to restaurants and a wonderful market.

Property was great. Lots of room for adults and kids. Good size bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. House was stocked with everything you'd need. Shuttle to the mountain runs every half hour. Owner was very friendly, helpful and communicative. Would definitely rent again.

Delightful stay at this location!

This property was so very comfortable for all 10 of us. The layout was great so we each had plenty of space. It was clean, great decor and well thought out amenities. We didn't want for anything. It is only 5 minutes from the mountain and 10 minutes from local restaurants.

Mount Snow Greensprings Condo

This condo is fantastic! It is huge and is more than accommodating for a group of 10. It is an end unit which is very nice and private. It does have a little view of Mount Snow from the back porch too. There are a lot of little "extras" in this house such as board games and little knick knacks. We enjoy the decor of the home as well. Overall, a great pick!

Great house for families!

We had a great stay at this property over Christmas break. The house is spacious and was perfect for two families with kids. There are two separate TV areas (one on main floor and second downstairs) which was great for the kids to have their own space. House was clean and well stocked with all of the essentials. Location is across from the ski resort entrance which made multiple trips back and forth a breeze. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Big beautiful house in an amazing location

The home was so spacious - location could not have been better. Kitchen was fully equipped. Loved having a fully finished basement for the kids to hang out in. The owner was so accessible. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

"Amazing New Years Eve Weekend"

What a great "Home"notice the word home.From the start we felt and took care of the home like it was ours.So comfy and warm.Every thing was in great working order and we had more than enough room.We were two couples and six young adults.Every one had a bed and a hot shower.AHHHHH the comforts of home.We could have went out for NYE but instead ordered from Joe's in town and were very happy we did.A side bar to all this my son got engaged on the top of the Mt Snow.There was a great celebration and again we felt like we were home.We definitely are coming back.This time we will use the hot tub and pool.It looked beautiful we just did not have the time.So every one do not even think about next NYE I'm booking now.Haha Thank you M.A.D. You really handled every thing with class and professionalism.

Perfect rental house for a ski weekend with family/friends

We rented this property over the New Year holiday and it was a perfect rental property. Comfortably slept 10 with plenty of bathrooms and common room space. Convenient amenities included laundry, ready to grill bbq, fully functional kitchen, mud room for boots and ski gear, wifi, and large dinning room table for family dinners. Located right across rt 100 from mt snow with convenient shuttles to and from the mountain. Also, the property owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this rental property. Only way it could get better...add an outdoor hot tub!

We just returned from a wonderful 4 days in this delightful home. This spacious, well maintained condo is very clean and has every amenity. It is obvious that the owners use it often and keep it well stocked. The bedroom layout is very comfortable for families with teenage kids. The shuttle bus to the mountain is convenient and the community center is lovely. All in all I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a Mt. Snow rental!!

Awesome house and location

House is gigantic and very comfortable, easily sleeping 10 people. The main floor is perfect for entertaining everyone at once with a large fireplace, comfortable couch, big TV, and family table. Access to the mountain shuttle at the end of the driveway was huge, we never had to wait more than a couple minutes and the mountain is literally across the street from the community. Owner is very helpful and couldn't of been happier with recommendations and information given. I definitely recommend this house for any occasion.

Fantastic place for family/group ski vacation

8 of us stayed here for a ski vacation weekend and had an amazing time! The house is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and well-maintained. There was more than enough room for 8 of us - there are three floors - the pictures don't do justice to the setup. The location is right across from the entrance road to Mount Snow (and on the Moover route). The house is well-equipped, we made some excellent dinners (even grilled out on the deck), and Mary Anne was very gracious in allowing us to treat the supplies as if it were our own home. Mary Anne was extremely considerate in making sure our stay was wonderful and I would enthusiastically recommend staying here for a memorable vacation!

Didn't Want to Leave!

This condo is in a beautiful complex directly accross the road from the main base lodge. Feels like coming home after a long day on the slopes. Upscale alternative to staying at a local hotel/motel. Fabulously furnished with lots of personal touches (think Vermont Country). We loved the option of staying home to cook in the fully equipped kitchen (restaurants can be crowded on holiday weekends). Non skiers can take advantage of the XC ski/snow shoe trail system bordering the condo complex or happily spend the day by the fireplace, sipping hot buttered rum and playing board games or doing a cross word puzzle. Can't wait to come back!

I have owned this house since it was first built. The moment I saw it I fell in love with it. I was able to customize all the furnishings and wallpaper + finishing touches that make it very homey. I have never rented until recently when I began traveling more so now I rent only at select times. The house is in terrific shape and not your typical barebones rental. As a result I am very careful about who I rent to. Because I don't lock things up (I use it when not renting), it is not really child proof so not really suitable for small children. I also tend not to rent to very large groups (more than 9 or 10) to minimize the wear and tear. Everyone who visits falls in love with the place -- especially because the couch and furniture are sooo comfortable. I believe the couch is a place you should be able to sink into and want to stay! Just installed a large flatscreen TV with apple TV for living room. With 5 bedrooms and 4 baths there is no waiting for a shower. The deck has a view of Mount Snow and it is wonderful in both the summer and winter. Just writing this makes me want to go for a visit!:) I have been very happy with my renters so far as they seem to enjoy my home in Vermont as much as I do!!!

Why they chose this property

I have skied at Mount Snow for the last 20 years and it is a place that is home to me. A very friendly mountain, it is challenging enough for good skiers and gentle enough for beginners. The area around west dover is quaint (especially the town of Wilmington, and there are a many really great restaurants. Good night life with music if you are not too tired from skiing:).

What makes this property unique

Everything is taken care of for you including snowplowing, firewood etc. The clubhouse is beautiful with an indoor pool, sauna and large jacuzzi. A great feature is a shuttle service to the mountain every half hour so you don't have to hassle with parking -- door to door service! And it allows members of your party to leave when then want and not to have to wait for 'the car'.
