The renovated kitchen has been updated with butcher block island granite counters and stainless appliances. Open to the dining room and spacious living room with views of the private backyard woods. A bonus wood paneled family room which serves as a 4th bedroom is equipped with poker table, dart board and 55 inch TV for extra family fun. All bedrooms have new premium bedding.

No need to drive and ever pay for parking! Enjoy easy access to Mount Snow with shuttle service direct from your driveway to and from the base area. Snowmobile from your yard to the VAST trail system or hike and bike in the summer along the Valley Trail also accessible from the development. This all is complemented by the tremendous Amenity Center which includes an indoor olympic size pool, exercise room, game room, club house and complimentary firewood.

And for more fun activities throughout the Summer, Spring and Fall there is Harriman Reservoir also known as Lake Whitingham. The lake is the largest body of water in Vermont at 8 miles long. Just a short drive 25 minute drive south where you can enjoy swimming, jet skis, boating, fishing and relaxation.

Great mountain weekend!

Great house for skiing, within 5 minutes of Mt Snow and the shuttle seems very convenient. The house was great for 8 of us with plenty of room.

This townhouse is nicely decorated and furnished, clean and well maintained. It is in a beautiful and peaceful area. When we initially reached out to rent the property, the owner was warm and welcoming. I would rent this property again.

Awesome experience

Our family had such a great time. We absolutely loved the space. So much bigger than what we expected. Our kids loved the bunkbed room. Plenty of room for our friends. Love the hot tub on the back deck. The kids really enjoyed the pool at the amenity center. Todd was extremely responsive and we really had a great trip. Look forward to coming back next season.

What a great experience!

Our family had such a nice time staying at this property! It was extremely clean, loved how close it was to Mount Snow and the beds and couches were very comfortable. Hot tub was clean and functional as well. The building has one other townhome unit attached to it and we still found it to be quiet. The back porch area with the hot tub is very private from the other unit. We arrived during a heavy snow storm and we found the roads on the complex and the driveway to be plowed well when we arrived which was a relief since we had to unpack all of our things from our car. Todd was super friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall such a nice experience and we would love to come back here again!
