O'hana Hui family gathering place

A perfect location to relax by the pool, play basketball at your own private sport court and go for a bike ride in the beautiful Bidwell park. Large kitchen with a great floor plan. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and having family gatherings. The pool has a swim up seating area and a slide with diving board. We are very close to the farmers market and downtown restaurants.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please start first load in washing machine.
Please put all furniture back to original placement.
Lease load all dishes and start dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please lock kitchen windows and doors when you leave the property.
Please do not turn on any outside water. Water is very expensive. If you need to use a hose for the pool slide, just turn it off when your done.
Please no loud music. If you have a gathering you must clean up all decorations inside and outside. Be respectful of the excess trash and dispose it.
