Great Stay In Bradley Beach

We had a great time at this Bradley Beach rental. Lots of bedroom space and all the amenities works as expected. Perfect location for our group stay and Karen was very communicative and helpful. Would stay again!

Amazing spot for a group of friends!

I can't possibly say enough about how great this place is! Super clean, comfortable, great location (the street is quiet, but it's 7 minutes to either the beach or Main Street). Kitchen really well equipped, there's laundry... I'm in love

The 4 day stay at Beadley beach provided all the comfort and convenience of for a stay away from home. It provide my family with all of the personal essentials and room needed for an enjoyable weekend. Will recommend the property in the future.

Excellent house at a good price

Karen’s house in Bradley Beach can s the ideal place for a family reunion or a group retreat. The house is comfortable and it’s located near the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Having a washer and dryer in the basement can be a big help for those staying for a week, especially with children. There are stores and restaurants within a short driving distance. We would defined stay there again.

Karen was a wonderful host to our group for Memorial Day weekend! Check in was seamless, the house was clean, and a short walk from the beach. She was also kind enough to let us back into the house shortly after checkout to retrieve and item that was left behind by accident. Would highly recommend!

Needs work

The house is spacious with hangout space in the yard, enough cooking/bbq supplies to put together a few meals, and we were very glad for the AC units in each bedroom. Location was a 12 minute walk to the beach which is great - remember to buy your beach pass first thing in the morning. However, many of the beds had no sheets or pillowcases, and there were barely any towels. The property could also use a bit of deeper cleaning - lots of stains on blankets, etc.

Bradley Beach house a best bet!

Nice house with a great back yard for grilling and relaxing in the evening. Comfortable beds with A/C in every room. Clean and ample space for all my guests. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a pleasant 3 block walk to the beach. Nice large porch that overlooked the entire yard. The Homeowner was quick to answer any questions we had making our stay fun, pleasurable and relaxing. Overall a great experience. You would have to look hard to find any cons - and indeed the only thing we could find that could be helpful is to have a more detailed check in list such as WiFi password, location of beach passes, etc. However these very minor details did not detract from a wonderful experience making this house a best bet at the beach.

ok house in nice neighborhood

Before I explain some of the issues with this house, I want to preface by saying that I spoke with the landlady about these issues and she gave me a substantial refund to compensate for the house's deficits. I hope she will fix the problems and/or accurately list the property's features. The best features of the house were the side yard and the living/dining room. Here are the issues we presented to her: 1)The property lists 3 bathrooms but only 2 were usable and the upstairs one had a drain problem in the shower 2) wooden swing bench outside was broken 3) beds were not very comfortable 4) carpets are dirty 5) kitchen was dirty and very small for a house that accommodates 12 people. 6) gardeners came at 11 a.m. to mow the lawn while we were outside in the yard with no regard for our presence. They did however leave when we asked them to return later 7) Only 3 beach badges were included for a party of 11.

First time in Bradley Beach in 50 years.

I went to Bradley as a child and decided to do a family reunion vacation there. The house is convenient,3 blocks from the beach. The 6 bedrooms are of sufficient size and gave us the size we needed. There are 2 kitchens, 1 on each floor. While they are both small, the large dining room makes up for it. Linens and towels and kitchen accessories are provided. We just left a few days ago and are already looking forward to going back there next year.

Great for family beach week

The house was clean and spacious. No dishwasher, which we knew, but lots of disposable plates and utensils were provided. Extra refrigerator in the upstairs half kitchen. Beach was breezy and pleasant even on some brutally hot days. Four beach badges were provided. Beach chairs were provided, too. Several blocks from the beach, but we knew that would be the case. We had a lovely week,

Had a great early summer weekend here with friends. House is perfectly located between beach and main drag in Bradley Beach, walking distance to Asbury Park as well. Ample beds, and was great to have sheets, towels, even coffee pods and paper products supplied by host. Great spot, easy to work with host. Thanks!

Just perfect!

We rented this house for a family wedding for our out of town extended family members to stay in - it was just perfect!!! Clean, well stocked with linens and paper products. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. GREAT location and bonus beautiful fenced in yard. A wonderful find!

Great house, great location!

Five couples shared this home for a weekend at the beach and it was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone including a screened in porch and yard. Easy bike ride to the beach as well as Asbury Park. Would definitely recommend.

Second year in this space - held a lot of people - no good central area comfortable for a large group to congregate. A lot of sleeping space but beds aren’t great. Owner very lovely to deal with / responsive and helpful.

Quick Vacation.

We were looking for a place to stay by the beach. And the property was GREAT 3 easy blocks from the beach. We really enjoyed the house thank you so much. Having 6 kids from the ages of 16 thru 2 years old this property was wonderful. And since the kids are doing virtual learning. The wifi was great. Having four kids on their chromebooks at the same time in the morning for school. And a quick lunch and off the the beach for the rest of the afternoon was just a great way of spending an early start for the holidays. Definitely recommend the place. Once again THANK YOU.

Well equipped family friendly beach house

Only question was inconsistency in number of bathrooms listed - 2 or 3. In the end there were 2 - 3 would have been better for our size group. House was clean and comfortable. We would gladly return
