FAMILY HOME IN THE HISTORIC DOWNTOWN OF LAVAL

The house is located right in the centre of Laval, near the cathedral.
All shops are within 5 minutes. It is a stately, family-friendly home. The pool is heated from May 1 through October 31 and features an electric cover. There is a deck surrounding the pool. There is also a garden on a fenced-in lot of 1,000 m². There is a large outbuilding with a bar (fully functional, complete with a beer tap) and furniture for enjoying time with friends and family (ping-pong, foosball, etc.).
