Family holiday

There were six of us and we all agreed that the villa was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We were especially pleased with the rooms and their en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen, the garden and the swimming pool. Eric was easily contactable and he and his wife made us most welcome. We also appreciated the welcome gift of wine, olive oil and limoncello. We would all recommend the villa most highly, Brian and family

Eric & Sylvia are very kind and welcoming and even presented me with a gift upon arrival which was very unexpected. Thank you kindly The property was almost perfect It was a 4 bed villa but unfortunately with only 3 beds available for use. It was clearly the owners home as they were located in an annex attached at the end of the villa, which felt a little off putting but we never saw or heard from them at all. The villa was very clean, had all the usual equipment and the pool was superb I would recommend Eric & Sylvia’s villa to anyone

Perfect 10

Placed in a quiet and nice neighborhood, the villa is smartly designed, all the amenities are both functional and useful. The furniture and the finishes look new and feasible. The hosts were super-responsive, nice, easy-going. I really hope we could stay here next year.

Great villa, lovely stay!

Eric and his wife were very hospitable and helpful on check in. The villa has everything you will need and more, and was very clean. The pool and garden area was spacious and well maintained. Overall a great stay and well recommended.
