LUXURY VILLA WITH OCEAN VIEWS, POOL & BEACH ACCESS AT SEACREST HILTON HEAD

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

This exquisite villa is truly a jewel in the SeaCrest crown. Experience decadent luxury here while taking in amazing ocean views from the 2 private balconies. Sit around the dining table to plan your island adventures while enjoying your evening meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. Will you do some biking? Maybe a kayak tour? Play in the ocean?

The open concept of this 2,000 sq.ft. villa makes entertaining so easy. Plan a family game or movie night (be sure to pack some popcorn), enjoy a midnight snack around the breakfast bar, or just sit back and relax in the living areas.

After a day of walking around town, enjoying fantastic food at our many fine eateries, or shopping at our fashionable and unique boutiques, you may want to pack your picnic basket and head to the beach for an evening of stargazing. How beautiful to see the moon cast it's glow on the ocean while the stars pop out from the dark sky.

Return to this amazing villa at day's end knowing you have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths waiting for you to freshen up and snuggle up under crisp, soft linens in your comfy bed.

2402 SeaCrest is in the Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head Island with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are many activities available in the area, but most importantly the wide, sandy beaches are right at your doorstep.

SeaCrest offers some of the nicest amenities available… large oceanfront pool (only heated in March and April), snack pool bar, kiddie pool, indoor heated pool & workout room, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. A boardwalk with outdoor shower leads you right to a large white sandy beach and clear blue ocean. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms were so very nice. Great pool area and pool bar. Unfortunately the hot tub jets were not working during our stay. Loved the walkway to the beach makes pulling the wagon so much easier. Overall, great luxury vacation for our family.

We loved this villa at Seacrest - it was clean, relaxing and comfortable for our adult family vacation and we each had plenty of room to spread out, yet room to be together. We had everything we needed, check in was a breeze and great communication throughout the process. It was close to restaurants and shopping and just steps from the beach - just an ideal place! Great location. Perfect beach right outside. Rain most days for small time frames which ended up leaking into master room and soaking carpet under bed leaving a musty smell for our trip. Owners were responsive and sent over repair to tear out carpet padding and left big fan, but smell stayed rest of trip.

Great Place

This is the second time my family (including children and grandparents) has stayed here. It is a great place in a great location with great pools, pool bar, access to beach, etc. Would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Crest condos. The three bathrooms were perfect for our group- each bedroom had its own bathroom. Condo was stylish and comfortable. Location very convenient!

Family Trip to Hilton Head

This was our best trip to Hilton Head yet. We had stayed at the Sea Crest Resort previously in a different unit, but this one far exceeded it in terms of decorations, cleanliness, and amenities. We were very pleased and would both recommend it and consider staying there again in the future.

Fabulous Week's Stay

Property was safe and close to everything--beach, shopping, restaurants. Check-in and check-out easy. Management communicated often to make sure everything was okay. Villa was clean, well equipped, beachy decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fall vacation with friends

SeaCrest is a wonderful location. This unit has a nice balcony with table and chairs for 6 that we enjoyed. The unit was clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The rental company Host2Coast was the best that we’ve ever dealt with - great communication and beyond accommodating.

We had a great stay with our family (6 people, including grandparents and young kids). The unit is huge, clean, quiet, and just as described. The property is older but well maintained aside from some slow/ stuffy elevators. Fabulous location with easy walk to beach, shops and dining.

Amazing Place and Service

This place is fantastic and exactly as advertised. Top notch service from the management company. Excellent location on the beach and across the street from Coligny Plaza. The pools, hot tub, and beach/ocean were a hit with the kids. The place was clean, well furnished and the perfect size for our family of 5 and 3 grand parents.

Great place but under construction

When we checked in the condo was great, but we were surprised to see the balconies closed and the outdoor furniture inside while the outside of the building is undergoing repair work. However, Host2Coast was very accommodating and worked with us to find another of their properties available. So, points deducted for renting a room that did not meet expectations, but points rewarded for handling the issue well and getting us into a wonderful alternate.

Family Christmas Vacation 12/19-12/26

This property was very clean and was the perfect size for our family of six. The view was amazing. We were close to shops and some restaurants and even though we had some pretty cold temps we all still had a great time. We had to contact property mgmt a couple times and they were very helpful. The kids were a little disappointed that the outdoor and indoor hot tubs were not open at this time of year but they did utilize the gym. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head and Savannah.

Lovely condo on the beach

Bright, clean, colorful condo with big bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms. All bedrooms have big en-suite bathrooms which have been renovated beautifully. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice balcony with seating for six off the family room and additional balcony off the master bedroom. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and very comfortable beds. Really appreciated the big closets in every bedroom. We were a group of adult girlfriends, but would be wonderful for a family as well. Elevators and trolleys made getting luggage and groceries up to the fourth floor a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

The hallways are not nondescript but the unit, view and grounds (pool, hot tub, water features) are wonderful. The unit was perfect for our group. It was clean, organized and offered everything we needed. There are two pools and a hot tub to choose from and of course the beautiful beach. You are right across from adorable shops, restaurants, coffee place and best ice cream shop on the island apparently. In addition to a supermarket. You really can walk to everything you need. We loved it so much we already booked for next year! And a shout out to the rental agency. They were extremely responsive to any question that I had. Thank you!

COVID 2020

we happened to have been in the condo when the face mask ordinance changed. It would have been nicer had all guests taken it as seriously as we did. I was also taken back that the bartenders were not wearing masks from day one. When i questioned them on Tuesday when the mask order went into place, their response was such that it was not necessary for them. They had them on the next day! I felt as though too many people were allowed to congregate at the bar, period. Other than this, I was pleased with our over all experience.
