OCEANFRONT 2BR VILLA WITH POOL, BEACH ACCESS & RESORT AMENITIES HILTON HEAD

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Delight in the SeaCrest amenities of oceanfront pools (only heated in March and April) , kiddie pool, indoor heated recumbent pool & workout room, sundeck with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and boardwalk to the white sandy beach with waves upon waves. Don't forget the famous Pool Bar Jim's with specialty drinks and mouthwatering food such as burgers and fish tacos. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!

Treat your tastebuds to epicurean delights at the many neighborhood restaurants and bakeries. Find fabulous fashion in the many unique boutiques. A lovely condo overall and a great view, but we just had problems. The tub faucet wouldn’t turn off and took 2 days to fix. The Keurig didnt work. (there is a drip maker that we used instead). The dryer broke our last day there. Couldn’t turn it on, but of course not fixable for the 2 loads of laundry we had already done/started. The primary bed mattress is shot- sunken areas on both sides. Pillows are old and compressed on primary bed. They were doing construction above and hammering all day Saturday. This unit needs some upkeep.

Great location

It was the perfect location for us. The remainder of our family rented a home several blocks away which is where we spent most of our time. However the beach outside our balcony is one of the best beaches on the island! It was so fun to walk to the shops at Coligny.
