The Space:

Picture yourself waking up just steps from the white sandy beaches of North Forest Beach, the sound of the ocean pulling you out onto the boardwalk before breakfast. This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa at SeaCrest puts you in the heart of Hilton Head Island's most beloved beach community - biking paths, Coligny Plaza boutiques, and the island's finest eateries all within easy walking distance. With 2,000 sq. ft. of open, airy living space, there's room for everyone to spread out, recharge, and settle into island time.



The space

The open floor plan is designed for gathering. Whether the group is planning the next day's kayak tour over a meal at the dining table, unwinding with a movie night (popcorn included), or simply enjoying a lazy afternoon in the living area, the layout flows naturally for families and groups of up to 10. The fully-equipped kitchen handles everything from quick snacks to full meals, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics you need. A dedicated workspace and strong Wi-Fi also make it easy to stay connected if remote work or schooling is part of the trip.



Sleeping arrangements

Three private bedrooms sleep 10 guests comfortably. Bedroom 1 features a king bed. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a sofa bed. Bedroom 3 is set up with 2 queen beds. Crisp, soft linens are provided throughout, so all that's left to do is settle in.



Bathrooms

Three full bathrooms - one for each bedroom - mean no waiting in the morning rush. Each is well-stocked with the basics, and the bathtub is a welcome way to rinse off after a long beach day.



Resort amenities

SeaCrest's shared amenity package is one of the highlights of staying here. A large oceanfront pool (heated in March and April), a snack pool bar, a kiddie pool, an indoor heated pool, and a workout room are all on-site. The sundeck is lined with lounge chairs and umbrellas, and a boardwalk with an outdoor shower leads directly to the beach. Evenings on the sand take on a different character entirely - pack a picnic and watch the moon cast its glow across the water while the stars appear overhead.



Getting around

The property sits in the Coligny Beach area, one of the island's most walkable stretches. Pool Bar Jim's is just steps away. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are all within walking distance, and the beach itself is right at the end of the boardwalk. For those who want to explore further, biking trails and kayak tours are easily accessible from the area.



Practical details

The villa is located on the 2nd floor of the 2nd building at 10 N Forest Beach, accessible via elevator. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival easy. A washer and dryer are in-unit. Air conditioning, heating, and a private entrance round out the practical side of things. This is a non-smoking property - please review the full house rules before booking.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
