The home is a short drive or bike ride to Pawley's Island and Murrell’s Inlet Boardwalk as well as only 30 minutes from Myrtle Beach Airport. The home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 outdoor showers, and 2 living and dining areas. Large outdoor patio, and large front yard. Looking for a perfect family getaway? Relaxing Summer Beach Getaway

We come to N. Litchfield beach with the family every summer, this was the first time we stayed here. The place was as described and Jason, the host was very responsive. I definitely thought it was worth utilizing their golf cart for the extra fee. We will definitely try to make it back again.

Beautiful place, great location

Loved this place with its beautiful decor and proximity to an incredible beach! Jason was very responsive to our questions. My only suggestion would be an update to the description of the house. Bedroom #3 is listed as having a King and a Queen bed. That's not accurate. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom, and a Full/Queen pullout couch in a small family room at the other end of the house. Also, the house is listed as two full baths and one half bath (which leads one to believe there are three toilets). There is actually one full bath (hallway), one half bath (in master BR), and an outdoor shower.

My family has been visiting this areas for over 10 years. We love the quietness of the community. The beach is incredible. There is an abundance of shopping and amazing restaurants very close by. Hundreds of beautiful golf courses including some of the top 100 courses in the country. It truly is an amazing area full of memories to be made!
