THIS IS A 2nd FLOOR UNIT. IT HAS OCEAN VIEWS BUT IS NOT OCEANFRONT. IT IS 1 of 4 IN THE BUILDING.

Stay with us at this ocean view apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It has its own deck space but shares a back porch area with other units.

This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place.

This residence is part of a 4 unit building. All 4 residences are owned by us and are vacation rentals. You will have your own private entrance and the residence is on the top (2nd) floor with amazing expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building.

2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms have their own tv.

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

Great location right on the beach. Plenty of free parking just outside the door. Very clean condo fully equipped with most kitchen ware needed for a night cooking in. Good WiFi and large smart TV’s in every room. Value 5/5!

Wonderful!

I was very pleasantly surprised with how great this condo is. It was clean, spacious and with very nice decor. Parking was great and right outside. The condo had a deck to sit on with views of the beach which was just steps away! I didn't want to leave and will look to stay again if I have to make another trip to Jax Beach.

We love the beach!

Great location right on the beach. That is where we spent our time. We met a lot of nice people including the BirdMan - a retired Navy vet who loves to feed the birds 4 times daily. Property was clean and as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location

Great experience!!! The listing for this property is very accurate and the hosts thoughtfulness with small details was so appreciated. My husband and I visited with our adult daughter. We all slept well, mattresses were perfect. While the child friendly features weren't needed by us, I could certainly appreciate the pack and play, bunk beds that would sleep three easily, table, chair and tv in the kids room, as well as an abundance of child friendly utensils in the kitchen. Location was great, a 50 yard walk(?) to the beach. It was fun to watch the surfers next to the pier a short stroll away. The unit does not look straight out to the beach, but if you are sitting in bed in the morning you can look out the window of the master bedroom and see the sunrise. A very small public parking lot is right next to the unit. This was never an issue, always a positive while we were there in November.

Lovely Upstairs beach side condo

We stayed 3 nights . Unit 2 is 900 sq ft 2 BR /1 Bath Upstairs and has view of ocean from side deck. It is also right across parking lot from public beach access. It is in a Bright Blue Pretty 4 Plex . The unit is fully equipped , very modern and clean and bright and updated. Jered & Carly the Hosts and owners were great and communicating with them through this App was easy and they got back to us right away. Jacksonville Beach is a wide , white , soft sand beach very pretty. I had 3 days of testing at Mayo Clinic and it was about a 15 min drive away. Be careful as grassy areas near by have little pointy very sharp round spurs or burrs that stick to your clothes very easily if you walk on them or if you have any pets . You need a small comb to get them off you. We enjoyed staying at this condo . Thanks Guys... :)
