Escape to luxury in this unforgettable beach condo overlooking the sandy beaches and blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. This light filled oceanfront 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo was completely remodeled in 2019 and is just steps to the beach. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, two flat screen TV’s, washer/dryer, balcony, and two covered reserved parking spaces.

Experience all that Jacksonville Beach has to offer. Watch the sun rise over the horizon from your balcony, walk to the Jacksonville Beach Pavilion to enjoy a seasonal concert, stroll along the beach to the Jacksonville Beach pier, watch a fisherman reel in his catch, hop on bikes and cruise along the shoreline or into town where you can find plenty of shops and quaint restaurants, or just spend a lazy day at the beach or pool soaking in the Florida sun.

The Beachcomber II allows for easy access to downtown Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, Neptune Beach and historic St. Augustine. It is also conveniently located 10 minutes away from the famous Mayo clinic and 15 minutes to the PGA Tour Headquarters and famous TPC Sawgrass Championship golf course.

Cozy condo in small complex with everything we needed. Loved being able to walk to several restaurants. Enjoyed long walks on the beach, sitting on the balcony looking at sunrise over the ocean and spending time at the pool.

Was the perfect condo for our family that was visiting . The condo has been beautifully updated and was stocked with everything you could need. Beach access was easy thanks to a neighbor that showed us a short cut. Our only minor complaint was the pool area / seating really needs some updating.

The best stay on Jax Beach

This was our 4th year staying and it has always been remarkable. It’s been hard to find a place that tops this and doesnt break the bank. I’m a very picky person when it comes to staying places and this checks all the boxes. Very clean, well maintained and decorated. Easy access to beach and pool. All the stores and dining are close by.

This was our first time in Jax Beach and we had the best time! This place was even better than the photos and we were so impressed with how well stocked, decorated, and just how beautiful it was! Perfect location, easy access to the beach. The owners supply everything you need right down to beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Very convenient to great restaurants as well.

There was construction on both sides of the condo all day long. Very loud. My husband couldn’t rest after his radiation treatments. Please advise renters of any construction thank you.

I am sorry you had issues with construction on the neighboring condo building. We do try to reach out to all of our upcoming guests when we are informed of repairs to our building. Unfortunately, other buildings are not required to give us advance notice about their construction projects, so we were not aware work would be taking place during your stay. I hope your husbands treatments went well and he is on his way to a full recovery.
